I recently leased a new 2014 Jetta from Bob Baker Vw. My overall experience from start to finish was first class. This is my second vehicle from this store, and would recommend them highly to any one in the market for a new vehicle.

Oscar was great in helping me get my new 2015 GTI! Even though I was tough on him and the sales manager, he stuck with me during the negotiations to get the deal I needed. Oscar was very thorough and attentive, to me, my wife and my kids, being there late on a Thursday night. We finished all paperwork the following day, and he made sure everything was ready when we got there. He has continued to follow up with me a couple times in past few weeks to make sure everything was good and I was happy with the car. I couldn't be happier with my new car, with Bob Baker VW, and with Oscar's service.

The bob baker team along with Eddie really impressed us. We came in to the dealership during closing time. Eddie still took the time to show us around. We made an appointment the next day which happened to be Eddie's day off. He still came in and helped us get the beautiful white forester we took home that the very next day. Not only did eddie take time to show us how the car worked but he paired our devises as well. We will recommend this dealersip to our friends and family.

I purchased my first Jetta over 10 years ago here, put over 120,000 miles on it. Just last year I bought my second Jetta. Billy Toolen was my sales manager...he was great! I wouldn't buy my car from anyone else. He is a straight shooter, he is not in it to wheel and deal you. I have now owned my Jettta TDI Sportwagen for 3 years and I couldn't be happier with it. I Love it as much today as the day I bought it. It get's great mileage and drives and handles like a sports car. The salesman, William Toolen, was nice, courteous, well informed and did not pressure me. I now look forward to seeing the staff and the new cars every time I bring my car in for it's scheduled service. First class operation and I have sent many friends to Bob Baker when looking for a new or used car.

My husband and I have just begun to look for a new vehicle to replace the one we are currently driving. I have been back twice to see the Forrester Xt and both times I have walked away with all my questions answered and completely satisfied. The first time I was with my husband and the second time I was by myself. In fact, I was greeted with a smile and was called by name the minute I walked on the lot. I know that Doug,my sales person, sees many people during his day and I do not have a common name. I was impressed, he is great!
