Customer service at the front desk was friendly. My car was completed but still took about 30 minutes to get me the keys to the car after already waiting 2 hours. When I finally got the car, they cleaned the car, but it looked like a rushed job. Still had a little bird poop hanging out on the rear window. Overall, still recommend the service. This was the first time I didn't give 5 stars for the service. Under new ownership so I'll give them a break and say this is a one off.

Bib Baker Mazda, Carlsbad, my highest recommendation, WHy?. My daughter's car was recently stolen in Cardiff. What a nightmare, but thanks to the Bob Baker Mazda team, they helped with the value of the stolen car and set her up in a new car. Ask for Marcos. He is the best! He is fantastic and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Tom, the service manager, and his team not only provide excellent service, and they know their stuff. This was by far the best dealership I have worked with (it was efficient and made sure that everything was covered at the best price in town. I recommend anyone to go see them. Robert Koens

I've never been treated with such disrespect I can't drive my car because there is somthing on the engine bay causing a burnt chemical smell and it is affecting my breathing. and it is driving slugish..shame on Bob baker Mazda service...I hope to have better service at Escondido Mazda!

They are very good in selling you a car but when it comes to paying off your trade-in vehicle in a timely manner. They are the worst! When calling for the status they give you the same answer every time.. “ the car was just funded yesterday payment will be sent tomorrow “ got this response for a week and now they don’t answer my calls and car still hasn’t been paid. I do not recommend.

51 minutes ago I am very happy with my experience at Bob Baker Mazda, particularly with Fred Bandi who did a wonderful job putting together a great deal on my new 2020 CX-5. Buying my new car was fast and easy. I came to Fred with some basic criteria for the car I wanted, he found me options in their inventory. Once I picked one, I was able to complete nearly the whole process via email before coming in to sign the paperwork. I didn't want to spend much time in the dealership (covid and such) and they got me in and out so fast! I appreciated the easy and honest communication I didn't get at other Mazda dealers in the county (especially Mazda of Escondido, terrible service!). Loving my CX-5 so far, hope it lasts me many years. I'm a local and I've been spreading the word to all my colleagues, friends and family how great you are.

We were very excited to pick up our new Mazda6 from Bob...
We were very excited to pick up our new Mazda6 from Bob Baker Mazda of Carlsbad this weekend. We have been leasing cars from them for at least ten years and Fred Bandi always takes great care of us and makes the exchange seamless. We sometimes look at other cars like Lexus or Infinity but you just can't beat Mazda for the great value. Besides, they are a blast to drive. Zoom!
