I appreciated his professionalism and his quick attention to all my concerns. The technician diagnosed, ordered parts on a priority basis (I was an out of town customer) and installed part and other services efficiently.

CHARLES MOUILLET did a great job taking care of me.

CHARLES MOUILLET did a great job taking care of me. He answered my questions and just in general, made the whole experience very easy. Would definitely recommend Autonation and Charles to anyone interested in buying a Jeep!

I’ve had my car here a lot lately.

I’ve had my car here a lot lately. People told me it was terrible but it was really convenient. They took a long time for the warranty work, things kept on going wrong, and then they told me I needed close to 3k of unwarranted work. Had my car towed to another mechanic, and the 3k of work they were trying to charge me for was unnecessary. I don’t care how far you have to drive, don’t do it.

I spoke to the service manager when we were having issues. We mentioned we were going to go to arbitration. The General Manager wasn’t offered as an option even after we complained to Stellantis. We had our car towed to a third party mechanic, and the radiator you said was cracked and had to be replaced was fine and past compression tests. If my wife feels like calling she will, but the whole thing was so utterly disappointing and if not fraudulent, incompetent.

I called, nobody answered anywhere in the phone tree 4 times and I left a message in the service dept . I don’t think you can win back my trust or business but I will speak with them if I can contact them.

Made an appointment for 8:15am (6.

Made an appointment for 8:15am (6.23). Oil change was started at 10:15am. I was told by the service writer that they were short technicians and also service writers. Not sure if this is because of new ownership. Very disappointing. I work the swing shift and would of rather slept 2 more hours. Not sure why it's called an express oil change or why I had to make an appointment. It was like I just drove up and put in line with all the repairs. I usually use the dealer even for oil changes. I guess I shouldn't do that.

Good experience by car buying standards.

Good experience by car buying standards. They were honest, gave us a fair price, gave good value on our trade in and both Brandon and James were great sales associates.

Wait was long for a oil change.

Wait was long for a oil change. First time I had too wait for three hours and no shuttle service.Have been going to the Carlsbad facility. Since 2011 when it was Bob Baker.
