This dealership is an absolute joke. It takes 5-7 days (if you're lucky) for them to look at the vehicle. DON’T bring your car here. I brought my Jeep Gladiator in because of a check engine light. They claim to have done a “PCM” update related to a recall (which was alredy done years ago) to fix the issue. Sure enough, that didn’t fix it. The check engine light came back on. I dropped the vehicle back off and waited another few days to look at it, and now they say it needs a new catalytic converter and 02 censor. Why not just diagnose it right the first time? They've had my vehicle for almost a month now between both visits!

I recently had an amazing experience with the service department for my RAM truck. Representative Danny went above and beyond by reaching out in advance to confirm the correct address for the truck drop-off location. The maintenance was performed as scheduled, quickly, and efficiently. Throughout the process, the communication was exceptional. I received texts, updates, and pictures, which clearly outlined what maintenance was needed. It made me feel very informed and confident in the work being done. To top it off, they provided a taxi ride for me while my truck was being serviced, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was an awesome experience from start to finish, and I highly recommend this location for anyone needing service on their RAM truck.
