Miguel, Conner and Marilee understood our concerns with our 2024 Jeep Grand L Summit. Marilee was able to help us in getting the appointment as well as following up with parts for our tires. Once we dropped off the car They were able to get us in the shop and worked on, completing the work in 2 days. Conner kept in communication with me via text throughout the process. Miguel is the reason we purchased my wife's jeep and I drive an hour passing 2 other dealership to come service here in Carlsbad. Danny and John are great! I had an issue with my rear differential from a previous shop and they were so helpful in assisting me to determine the contributing factors to my differential problem. Danny was super helpful and communicative as the service advisor and John was very knowledgeable and helpful as the technician mechanic. I drive a 2019 Ram 1500 Limited 5.7 Hemi with the 3.92 Axle (Standard) Ratio, and I'll definitely be bringing my truck back to them for any future issues. Thank you!!!
