Only place I go is to your Oceanside location but my extended warranty is trying to force me to tow my truck to Lake Elsinore each time. Only costs an additional $400 to get it towed there. Next time I'm towing it to Carlsbad first because it's outside the 50 mile limit. 🤣

My Service advisor Danny Vega was awesome. Came in for a warranty recall to make an appointment. He was on his lunch break at the time and no one else was in the office. He told me that he could take care of the issue immediately so I would not have to come back another day. Was out in about 30 minutes. Excellent service.

We made an appointment to see a 2018 Jeep Wrangler at
We made an appointment to see a 2018 Jeep Wrangler at this dealership. We got a response back saying we can come see it next day. Then we got a confirmation request to us to confirm we’re keeping our 10:00am appointment. We sent the confirmation and the next day we drove down…..47 miles 1way! We get there and the Jeep isn’t there! It’s up on a rack in a shop this dealership uses to get vehicles ready to sell. They could have told us this before we drove down there! They didn’t. So we follow this “salesman” to the shop where the jeep is. It’s filthy and up on a rack. Tires off and a brake caliper off. Here’s where we feel slighted: we gave the dealership a total pass on it. The salesman that helped us said he thought we weren’t going to be there until 6:00pm! (Remember we confirmed our appointment for 10:00. So we said, call us when you have it cleaned up and we’ll drive down to see it…yeah, again! The “salesman” told us in an email ( yeah, I still have it), we will give you first right of refusal. We had cash in hand. So we get an email from the (“sales manager) saying the Jeep should be ready that weekend. Not a specific day, just weekend. Well, we said we couldn’t get there that weekend, but could come that Monday. We’re talking 2 days. Told them we’re still interested in buying it. So I reach out and I get a reply back saying, sorry, it was sold 3 days ago! I hate buying cars, going to the dentist, or going to the doctor. But I hate being lied to even more. They knew that the jeep wasn’t goin to be drivable when we confirmed our appointment. Then, they sell it the day we left!!! Really?? First right of refusal and we didn’t even get a call! Nice effort, people! Now you know why people hate buying cars from dealers.

I have never been so frustrated and embarrassed in my life!! I decided to purchase our leased Jeep Wrangler and I did everything from my part and Autonation was supposed to take care of everything and liquidate the leasing deal with Jeep Chrysler finance and I have been harassed since then by Chrysler every single day with phone calls, text messages and emails that I should return my vehicle immediately and now a debt collector started harassing me. I went to the dealer three times in person already and spoken to Alex the Sales Manager and it has not been resolved yet. At the same time I've purchased a new BMW with Autonation and what a huge difference in professionalism in the same group. Shame on you Autonation Chrysler Dodge Jeep!! So far my experience has been terrible and it has been over a month already and this is still pending. Shame on you!!
