Phoned an hour before I arrived to talk through cars in stock I would be interested in and said I would head over. "Great ask for me when you get here". Show up and sales person Leah has no clue where cars are on lot we'd discussed. Not even sure if they have one of the vehicles I'd like to see. 10 minutes of waiting around, "the car is actually on another lot". When I pointed out that I'd phoned in advance: "you didn't say specifically you wanted to see that exact car". I explained I didn't understand why she wouldn't have got the cars around we'd discussed and make the effort to understand where they were (fiat 500e-used - of which they had only 3)- the response I got was "I tried as hard as I can". Generally the dealership is pretty run down and has a bit of a sleezy feel. Would have overlooked with great service. Decided to go to car max and could not have had a more contrasting experience. I tried to phone and provide feedback to a manager about my experience but after 9 mins on hold decided not to bother. Maybe it was because my number showed up. Really think there are many many better options than this place to buy a car.

My experience at Bob Baker Dodge was AAA+ my salesman Jonas was a true professional he answered every question I had superbly, never pressured me, an I felt he helped me get the best deal available. If you are are looking for a Dodge you can't go wrong with Jonas.

We had a deal to buy a used 2012 Jeep with Sam on Wednesday. Had an appointment today, Friday, at 10am. Took the morning off work to go sign papers and pick it up. We get there and they've sold the car to someone else. Not even an apology, just excuses. Lovely.
