From start to finish when I spoke with my sales associate Leah, she answered all my questions quickly and accurately and even sent me specific photos of the vehicle I requested. I couldn't beat the price or the service. I drve over 80 miles and it was well worth it. No funny business, just a pleasant straight forward buying experience.

I had such a great experience with Bob Baker! Yusof and Fred took such great car of me. They were honest and upfront during the whole experience and that's hard to come by. I will go back and see them again and again.

He was frreindly, personable non-pressuring..a real pleasure to work with. He spent 15 min looking for a misplaced key just so we could see another vehicle we inquired about...what service!

start by saying... Abdul was great when he was showing me jeeps for sale. I purchased a little later in the day so it was getting late by the time I was finished. Service dept brought up my jeep after washing. I was about to do walk around when Abdul found a small chip of paint under passenger back door. Car was also not washed all the way and still dripping. Abdul said this was unexceptable (detail) and that I should come back another time and he would fix the chip and have the service dept detail it properly and refill my gas. After many emails back and forth, I went in on my own and everyone I came in contact with was rude. From the big guy that sits up in the window booth in middle of sales floor (sales mgr?) to the kid( Mario) that took 35 mins to go get gas, to the service dept when I inquired about remounting tires so writing was on inside. Just got the run around!! I have never encountered such rude employees! Where is the customer service? All they want is a sale ... not good practice Bob Baker!!! The minute you drive off consider yourself on your own.

Yusof was very friendly and helpful on finding us our perfect car. We left the dealer driving our new Grand Cherokee after a short negotiation. Very happy with our deal!
