Everyone at Woody GMC has been amazing. Manny, Jarvis and Jeremy have gone above and beyond in helping us purchase our new vehicle. We would definitely come here again.

On July 24,2024 we went to see if we could get a vehicle don’t get me wrong Jarvis was helpful in showing me vehicles and what I wanted but when it came time to sit and talk about price at no point was I asked for my social security to run credit report but Jarvis said Jeremey his manager gave him form that had payment o formation which yet I was questioning he told me my monthly payments would be close to one thousand a month and that for my car they would give me what was owed so I wouldn’t have a negative equity but then with taxes and all car would be 54,000.00 when car was 43,000 and when I added up everything monthly payments for 84 months it was going to come out to 83,000.00 when I said no that ridiculous it’s like I’m paying for the truck and what owed on my car plus more I asked how did you come up with all these numbers no explanation was given but ok if you don’t want it we understand you come back when you are ready both I and my husband were going to get vehicles but with that kind of assistance there’s no way I am super upset because at no point Jeremey refused to explain to me and then when I called back and asked for a explanation Jeremy said look I will send you link through email and text fill out and let me see what I can do. I mean don’t you do that when your at the dealership and I’ve never had anyone say you have to put money down no you don’t I’ve gone to other dealerships and they dont make you put money down and Jarvis 5000 down will help your monthly payments go down extremely how does he know if they aren’t even running credit. Honestly this all seemed super weird and after wasting time there for nothing because they literally refused to help once we said no money was going to be put down attitudes changed with a snap of fingers. We were so looking forward to owning a gmc truck as we never owned any kind of gmc vehicle and with the experience we had I honestly think we will never own one WHAT A SHAME AND WHAT UNPROFESSIONAL PART ON BOTH JARVIS AND JEREMY PART FOR NOT PROPERLY TAKING CARE OF THERE CUSTOMERS

Just leased a new envision from Sam who made a great deal happen. I also got great customer service from Jarvis, who assisted me with setting up my Buick account and answering questions about my info system. Great Team!

Never thought I would be writing a positive review of a dealership. But Woodys and mainly Mike Rancharan made me have to change that. His no pressure approach, and his knowledge of the truck made me 100% comfortable making my first new truck purchase here. He was on top of everything from paperwork to setting up the app for the truck. His consistent communication made the entire process smooth and left no worry in my mind that I was not getting the best deal. Woody's made me have to change that. 100% of that change is because of Mike, from his knowledge of the truck to his no pressure laid back attitude. He is the reason I am the new owner of a GMC. I worked with Emanuel Haro to purchase a 2024 Acadia. I knew what I wanted walking in the door and came with my own financing. Manny didn’t push me on this like most dealerships saying they can get me a better rate. Manny was knowledgeable about the Acadia and made the entire process super easy and smooth. It was by far the best car buying experience that I have had. When it comes time to get a new GMC I will definitely be returning to Woody.
