Awesome! Scott Keath is a fantastic sales associate!

Scott took the time to work with us. He worked out a reasonable price that was affordable. The previous customer was very pleased with Scott ,as he indicated on his way out the door after his purchase.

A fantastic dealer!

So you may notice that I left a review about a month ago for a new Jeep Compass purchase. While it was a great car, we were looking for a something with a little more room. Going back to Ladd-Hanford was the only option. They gave us a great trade in price and got us into a new Jeep Cherokee with everything we were looking for. Gary, Nick and Tim as always do what ever is necessary to earn your business. I've been coming here for years and pass several Jeep dealers on the way because of the way Ladd-Hanford treats its customers.

Service issues and no customer service

I had truck there for a noise and they had truck for 20 days and for it back same noise actually worst and the under carriage is covered with oil .won't go back there for service .had vehicle there for sale issue several times .just want my money back or new truck. It's a shame u work hard.to buy a new truck and this happens and no-one cares .called corporate and general manager and no response ...to the solution .

Kindness sold the vehicle

I knew I wanted a pre owned Mazda and was actively searching for my best deal. I saw a car ad for Ladd Hanford. My salesman was Josh Streiff. His knowledge of the vehicle and no pressure attitude made my test drive comfortable, but his kindness sold the car! A thank you also to Ryan for helping me while I waited.

Worst car experience in my life!!

Leased a brand new Jeep in may and it already has the check engine light on and needs a part. The part is expected to take a month and half to receive in since my car was looked at and part was ordered. Remote start doesn't work in one of the coldest months (main reason I bought a new car). Dealership won't even give a loaner but I'm sure Jeep will expect my full payment for a broken car on the day that's due. If I'm paying for something new I should have within a fee days time something that works like new!! Not a car that I have to drive around for a month and a half with a check engine light on. Was basically told to suck it up. Last time I will EVER own or lease a Jeep! I can't wait for this lease to be over.

Another awesome experience!

This is our 3rd Jeep purchase from Ladd-Hanford and it was another smooth, flawless, hassle-free experience. General Manager Gary Deibert is so great to work with and provides a great deal right up front. He is always responsive regardless of how busy he is and ensures that the entire sale goes through smoothly. Nick did a great job delivering the vehicle and Jason is so efficient and quick with the paper work. They truly are a dealer that values you as a person and your business. We travel over 40 miles passing 3 other dealers closer to our home because of the great deals and the way they respect our time and interests. Truly an awesome dealer!
