Beyond excellent service and advice

I went to Ladd Hanford with certain requirements in mind and Scott Keath was able to help with just that. He did his job with me in mind and not just the idea of making a sale. Scott made sure that I loved the vehicles that he showed me and was able to keep it within my price range that I could afford. He did an excellent job and everyone is really friendly and helpful. I would recommend Scott at Ladd Hanford to anyone!

Wonderful people great dealership excellent family environme

I live about 50 minutes away from Ladd Hanford and I would not deal with any other dealership. I have been dealing with the same sales manager Gary Diebert for the last 20 years and I have had nothing but excellent service. When my family and I walk in everyone knows us and even the new sales people know of us. I have referred family members and friends to Ladd Hanford. And my daughter will be getting her license next month and we just purchased her an excellent well kept Suv and I also got a 2016 Mazda cx 3. Our salesperson was Bill Wentzel was a great guy. I can honesty say I feel like I am and my family are part of the family and they always treat us as if we were. I will always continue to do business there and Gary is more then a manager he is like my brother. Great people great dealership

purchase a new truck

i went to the dealership looking to purchase a used truck. But, with the help vehicle consultant Scott Keath and the rest of the staff. I got a good deal and a new 2015 ram truck instead. Scott was great with his help of the purchase process and never pressured me once.

Excellent Customer Service

The dealership itself and all of the people there were great. Nick Boudreaux was my salesperson and he was excellent. He never pressured me about anything, just supplied me with all of the information needed for me to make a decision. Along with the great service from Nick, my decision was made easier by their lifetime engine guarantee. There were many Jeep dealers closer to where I live, but I will never buy a car anywhere else as long as I am in Pennsylvania.

Purchase of a new vehicle

I went to the dealership to purchase a new vehicle. I met with the Sales Manager and Salesman Nicholas Boudreaux. Both individuals wee extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure the vehicle purchase went smoothly. After the sale Nicholas went over the vehicle with me to explain all of the options and electronics. Overall is was a very positive experience and I would purchase from them again if I was in the market for another vehicle.

Nick is responsive!

We have leased several vehicles from Ladd-Hanford and worked with Nick Boudreaux each time. We have found Ladd/Nick to be competitive, and especially responsive in dealing with questions and working through options. It is refreshing to work with a salesperson and supplier who puts the customer first!

So exciting!

Scott Keith worked diligently with me to find me the exact vehicle I wanted. When we ordered it, he kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and to our surprise my Jeep arrived earlier than expected and I am super happy to have it. Scott is very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and he was very kind and made this a pleasant experience for me. I would highly recommend Ladd Hanford. They worked out the deal with me to get me their best price as well. I am super pleased :-)

Great Car Buying Experience

We worked with Scott Keath, first through email and then in person to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. Scott was very responsive and considerate in our email exchange and worked with us to schedule a visit, since we were not local to the area. Scott was very thorough in his "tour" of the vehicle, and very knowledgeable about the features even though it was not a model that the dealership specializes in. He took a considerable amount of time to make sure we got everything we wanted in a test drive. The purchasing process went smoothly and we appreciated Scott's willingness to be flexible in arriving at a competitive price. Chris Firestine made the paperwork process pleasant and no-pressure and he was very thorough in explaining everything. We were happy with all aspects of our car buying experience and would definitely work with Ladd Hanford, and Scott and Chris, again.

Another great experience!

This is my 3rd purchase from Ladd Hanford and I have always been satisfied with their service and responsiveness. Jason Hamer was outstanding in patiently working with me over the internet to provide me with the best deal around for my new Jeep Wrangler. I travel over an hour to Ladd Hanford because of their customer service and no non-sense, no high pressure sales. James Green delivered the vehicle perfectly and Carter had me in and out with the paper work in about 15 minutes. This is the most genuine and sincere dealership around and they truly value you as a customer.
