This is our 3rd Jeep purchase from Ladd-Hanford and it was another smooth, flawless, hassle-free experience. General Manager Gary Deibert is so great to work with and provides a great deal right up front. He is always responsive regardless of how busy he is and ensures that the entire sale goes through smoothly. Nick did a great job delivering the vehicle and Jason is so efficient and quick with the paper work. They truly are a dealer that values you as a person and your business. We travel over 40 miles passing 3 other dealers closer to our home because of the great deals and the way they respect our time and interests. Truly an awesome dealer!

Went in to test drive a charger/challenger looking to lease, the guy that helped us showed us 2, 2015 cars, both v8, and auto what my wife wanted, but no 2016,s, they told us they dont lease 2015 cars(more on that later), wife never drove a charger/challenger before, we waited for salesmen to offer to take us on a drive in the 2015's so she could see how she likes them, never did, and sales guy seemed like he didnt want to deal woth us, so we left.....another dealer(freedom) had a 2015 charger v8 loaded perfect on the showroom, tokk that one out for us, and we drive it, loved it, and going back there monday!!! All in all Ladd I woukd not recommend

They crew at Ladd and handford was amazing. They did great help and were very patient. They made sure I was satisfied and happy. I'd come back anytime to them for work on my car and any other car purchases.
