We bought four of our past five cars from David McDavid. One of the main reasons is our service team lead by Luis. He's always pleasant, professional and honestly our trusted adviser. We never feel like we get the run around, they are always done when they say they will be and the work is always solid.

The service lounge may not resemble the lobby of a Four Seasons, but it's comfortable enough. What counts is the courteous, competent treatment you receive and the excellent service. Prompt, reasonably priced, efficient. My MDX is the best car I've ever owned, now up to 120k miles due in part to excellent service. Service manage Michelle is top notch and the whole crew is great to deal with.
