I needed a mobile technician to reprogram my blank PCM.. They scheduled the technician for Monday, he arrived early with an assistant, reprogrammed PCM, verified all was good, and fee was very reasonable

From start to finish I had an excellent experience with Reiselman Ford a dealership an hour away from me with only a slight hiccup in the middle. Jason my salesperson stayed in contact with me at the start and even after he was sick for a few days continued to be in contact me. Not being in Dickson physically I was sure how much they would help me to get the only Ford Bronco Sport in the area with the color and features I wanted that was on their lot. Jason sent paperwork back and forth. Found the answers to my leasing questions even when they don't do many leases and did as much as he could before I even got there to consider purchasing the car. Chris, in the Finance department, worked with me to get to the number that I wanted and explained everything along the way without any pressure to do anything extra if I didn't want to. But explained the benefits that if I had been able that I would have. Boone, the General Manager met me on the way out and I felt valued and treated fairly at every step of the way. They don't work on extra commission so there was no intention to upsell me anything. There were some nice additional touches like my name was in the vehicle on a reserved for tag. And one of the Reiselmans called, thanked me for buying from them, and sent a gift. So even though they were an hour away I would definitely talk to Jason again as I buy another Ford in the future.

They were polite and respectful and very helpful. They explained everything to me so I would understand what was wrong with my car. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work on their vehicles.
