I wanted to take a moment to recognize April Hunter for the outstanding service she provided during my recent service visit for my F-150. From the moment I dropped off my truck through completion of the work, April made the entire experience easy and stress-free. She communicated clearly, kept me updated along the way, and followed through exactly as she said she would. What I appreciated most was how responsive and proactive she was. I never had to wonder about status or chase down information—she stayed ahead of everything and made me feel like my time and business genuinely mattered. Great customer service stands out these days, and April absolutely delivered. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly approach turned what could have been a routine service visit into an exceptionally positive experience.
