Just picked up my 2026 Honda Passport Trailsport Elite.
Just picked up my 2026 Honda Passport Trailsport Elite. Worked with Ana Rosas to sell me the vehicle. From start to finish, Ana made my process smooth and stress-free. At no time did Ana pressure me to make quick decisions. Everything was done at my pace and comfort level. Any time I reached out to Ana, she was incredibly responsive and was always patient to make time for me and answer any questions I had. When I, eventually, purchased the vehicle, it needed to be ordered and it was delivered as promised in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Honda of Mahwah to anyone looking for a good Honda dealership. And, I would especially recommend asking for Ana as she is extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful throughout the entire experience.

Omar went above and beyond to get me accustomed and learn how to operate my 2024 Certified Honda CRV. He spent the time to tell me about all the options and how to operate them plus get my cell phone synced. After State inspection stated need new wipers he said come in and we will change all wipers. He is very professional, friendly and goes the extra mile to satisfy my needs..

I went in to see if they wanted to buy my used Honda
I went in to see if they wanted to buy my used Honda Civic. After checking it out (on a Monday), they offered $1,500 and told me to come back. When I did, Ali, the sales guy, told me the manager just left and to come back Friday. When I did, he said $500. In a couple of years, when my twins will be driving, guess who WON'T be getting my business? I want my car dealership to be trustworthy, and respectful of my time.

Mr. Dave seemed friendly at first, but he overcharged me $10,000 and gave me an unfair $685 monthly payment. I trusted him, but he took advantage of my excitement to buy a car for my son.

The sales person was Victoria and it’s just a shame that they don’t care once they sell you a car they she could care less what happens after not helpful at all the car had issues readers back and front no receipt for the second time and did not give car facts the day or purchase like of shady stuff and then ignore cause does not want to deal with it I would not recommend this sales person again the other people were great besides that parts and service is terrible especially Eddie was his name don’t know how to print receipts not talking about the car and hiding car facts and not saying the car was hit was terrible mawah of Honda on 17 parts in on Franklin turnpike
