Steve has gone out of his way to make sure everything was "perfect" when leasing my new car, he showed great signs of concern and empathy. His professionalism has been outstanding and I have always had full confidence on him processing my new car, the ability to answer any question or concern fully and willing to roll up his sleeves to actually accompany me into my new car and ensure I understood all aspects, and controls, settings. He explained the unique safety features the car had. I fully trust him ! .... and he has a great personality also !!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED, I live 6 hours away from this
VERY DISAPPOINTED, I live 6 hours away from this dealership and was trying to buy a car I liked on there lot. Called at 9:30am and made sure it was available then worked out everything with my bank. By noon had everything ready to go. Called the dealership and said all i need is a bill of sale emailed to my bank but no one returned my call. 6pm I called again and left another message . 7:15 finely get a call back ,I asked to send the bill of sale to my bank and a few pitchers of the car. Sales man said after taxes and dmv the price went from 21,700 to almost 28,000 (that wasn't counting the money I was putting down). When asking why so many fees and additional insurance that I didn't want was added. The sals guy says someone just walked in and is going to buy the car tonight sorry for your luck. Seemed to me like they just didn't want to take the time to explain the extra fees and tell me about the extra insurance fee. When I asked to remove the insurance because i didn't need or want it they refused to remove from the price of the car and that was when someone magically appeared to buy the car.

Mr. Bender, I cannot possibly imagine anyone in the sales staff at this dealership takes any feedback seriously. That was a direct quote when I mentioned the terrible reviews this dealership has on many websites: "oh that's just buyers, they come and go"... who on God's green earth would buy a car from THIS DEALERSHIP? I've been buying cars for 40 years, this is the first time a salesman made me disturbed enough by their utter lack of interest, respect or any other basic empathetic human emotion for a buyer - to write a review on a trade website like this..I was planning on a ONE day in and out CASH sale if the car checked out..

This dealership leased a car to a senior citizen with a suspended license. When the wife tried to stop the sale by showing proof of the suspension from DMV they ignored it and proceeded with the sale. Now the car is uninsured and the safety of others on the road has been compromised. I have filed a complaint with Honda corporate. Stay away from this place. Ever since they changed owners this place has gone downhill for the worst. It’s disgusting they would do something like this just for numbers.
