Jeff, the owner of Peak KIA would be appalled if he sat for a day and watched what occurs in the service department. It appears that the service department has high turnover and people do a minimum of what is required. My husbanf’s car was washed yesterday after he waited 90 minutes for an oil change. None of the panels on his car were fully washed—patches left untouched. Poor attention to detail and no focus on customer service. I had a worse experience the last time I scheduled an oil change.

Service department is awful
I purchased a used car from this dealer in 2017. Everything was wonderful for the first couple of months and then my car completely died. I pay monthly for a service plan that covers most of the damages that can occur so I was optimistic. The people that I spoke with in the service department seemed to be very nice. After about a week of no contact I called to figure out what was wrong with my car. There was a list of problems one of which was not covered by the service plan. I expected to be without a car for a couple days, this turned into almost a week and then thankfully I was able to take a loaner. My car was in the shop for a month. This time frame is ridiculous, thank goodness for the loaner or I would have lost my job. When I picked up the car it was still not running correctly. With fear of not having a mode of transportation for my two young kids and myself I was told that I would be contacted when there was a loaner available. This took three weeks and I am the one that had to do the contacting no one bothered to call me back as I had been promised. It will be three months tomorrow that my car has been in the shop which is insane and unacceptable. I have had to call and babysit the service department to be kept in the loop with my own car. I received the run around and I feel that my car was put aside and not considered a priority. While no one was rude to me this service department is a joke and I am not happy with the service. Maybe my case was special in that I was forgotten about but if you have to use this service department be sure you can be carless for months on end.

Awesome!
I live one hour and a half away. Work alot unable to schedule appointments. When I go there they get me right in. Staff is very proffesional and efficient! Highly recommend to everyone.

Fastest oil change ever
Was a walk in Bryce helped me right away. He got all my info into the system and before I knew it my car was washed and ready to go. Headed back next week to take advantage of the tire deal they have going on. A++

Wonderful experience!
We purchased a used 2010 Lexus from this dealer, and it was a great buying experience! Everyone was professional, personable, helpful and knew their product. The car was priced right, there were no "hidden" charges, and they treated us like royalty, even though the car was not very expensive. I would recommend this business to anyone in need of a vehicle.

Warranty service
After dealing with an ongoing issue the service department has been great. I could choose to get frustrated but Bryce especially has made my experience so much easier to deal with. He has really gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs when my car is in the shop whether it be getting my car back right away on a moments notice or getting me a loaner car. True customer service can make a huge difference in a persons experience and everyone at the service center has been amazing!

Got in and out in an hour. Waiting area very comfortable. Friendly staff and quick service. Would recommend to friends and family. Will keep bringing my car here for service.

I live in Brighton and drive 50 miles one way each time I need to get the car serviced. I have always called ahead and requested a loaner car for pickup after 5:00 so I can leave my car over night and pick it up about 5:00 the next day. Your shop has all day to work it in at their convenience. This time I scheduled it ten days out and called to conform my appt and the loaned car and was told the loaner was first come first serve and it was not available, so I cancelled and rescheduled and took a day off work to come up and sit in your lobby to wait on my car. When I checked in they said happily "Here for an oil change?" Each time I talked to someone on the phone I told them what I needed (included a repetitive thump in the read end, a 150,000 mile checkup, and an oil change). After my service I was told the mechanic could not see what was causing the thump. I asked if he test drove it and they didn't know. As I left the thump was still there.
