Happy

After I had a somewhat frustrating situation with an engine recall, I was ready to give up on my car altogether. I expressed my frustration to Tim in sales. I have always felt that he went above and beyond for me, and to continue to try and help me even after the car was sold was a solid plus for me. Today, I’m getting squeezed in for brakes, which I was quoted elsewhere at twice the cost. I’m impressed overall by the way this location continues to go above and beyond what they need to do

Peak Kia is the best place to do business with!

I have never had a bad experience, from the sales to service department. The service department is always ankle to get me in either with an appointment or a drop in. The facility is always clean and relaxing. The Zen room is wonderful!

Great experience.

Tim Goeden was great to work with. Very personable and very knowledgeable about the car I purchased. I feel I also got a very fair deal with very good discounts. I love the car. Never thought I would get the equivalent of a luxury vehicle at this price.

excellent

Very friendly and professional. I didn't have to wait to be helped. The waiting area and restrooms were very clean and they had snacks, coffee and plenty of water. I would definitely recommend this dealership for service or purchase of a vehicle.

Best buying experience

After shopping around, Peak Kia gave us the best price and made our buying experience enjoyable. From our salesman down to the lot tech who loaded our ATV, we couldn't have asked for anything more. We definitely will refer our family and friends.

Peak Kia and Kerry the BEST

This was the easiest , fastest , least stressful buying experience I have ever had . From the first return call I received from Kerry to the minute I drove off the lot with my new car he was kind, professional, resourceful, knowledgeable,and met our every need. We will definitely refer our friends and we will be back.

Good experience

Tim and Josh really tried there hardest to make the financing happen for me with a not so good credit score. It was a struggle but they prevailed in the end. Over all great to work with and got my financing lined out.

Great to work with. Excellent service.

Tim made car buying easy. The staff is great to work with. They have such positive attitudes and are very knowledgeable. I have nothing but great service with everyone at peak Kia.

Rip off

This is the second time I have been ripped off by this dealer. The first time was because of a salesperson that no longer works at the dealer so I gave them another shot. Shame on me. They basically told me that the finance company would require that I purchase a maintenance package. LIAR !!! I believed them. Again, shame on me. Well, I've now moved out of the area and I am out of luck as far as that money goes. They are just a big scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!!! Response: We never came to an agreement about a maintenance plan. We were told that the finance company requires we carry a maintenance plan and we were given no choice in the matter. Chelsea has since resolved the matter by giving us a partial refund which was a nice touch. But it still doesn't really make up for the fact that there was deceitfulness on the part of both the salesperson and the finance person. Thank you Chelsea !!!

Tim was amazing in getting the information he needed to effectively determine what vehicle (s) he had available to meet my needs and fit my budget.
