It was my very first Brand New Car, 20016 Kia Soul love it

Peak KIA North noticed that i was on the suite and i was searching for a newer car Kerry Kennicutt emailed me back and we spoke I went in on August 13th 2016 I went in to talk with Kerry Kennicutt what i could get on a 2005 Chevy Aveo as trade! in! I got to go go test drive a 2015 Manuel Transmission since it been since 2004 drove a 5 speed. after paper work and finance was a approved and I drove off in a 2016 KIA SOUL i'm loving the new car so much. Thank you Tom, Kerry Trevor you was awesome you guy know i was so happy to having a brand new car. you GUYS ROCK keep up the Job I'll be referring someone soon. Pamela J Randolph

Excellend Dealership

Jake was very knowledgeable, personable and easy to work with. He seemed to have an excellent relationship with his entire team and was no pressure. He was very easy to communicate with and was able to get us a great deal.

Wow... What a wasted day

So I go there one day to get an idea of what I have to work with, after 2 plus hours I get an outline of what kind of loan they can do and that they have some options but will get back to us when they get more info on possible new vehicles coming in. They day after they told us they would call us with the results we visit the dealer ourselves. When we get there there is no record that the guy we had been working with had done anything and we have to start the process over. Well another 2 plus hours of waiting around and we have our offer that's 80 bucks more a month and "the only thing we have in that range" with 18.5% interest. Whatever I don't expect the best rates but everything changed and now I have no other options, ya I want cream interior with 4 kids. So we leave and get home to find out I guess they needed to run my credit check 4 times! Thanks, that's hard enough to bring up and you run it 4 times in 2 hours. I won't be back.

Because there are many moving parts to obtaining an approval, especially for someone in a tougher credit situation, it can take a little bit of time for us to find the right lender. Great Experience - - No Pressure

When I visited the dealership the first time a couple of months ago, neither the sales person or the sales manager put pressure on me and were so nice and friendly. When I was more serious about purchasing, I went back, and again my sales person Chris and the Sales Manager Tom were so friendly and helpful. Every single person I dealt with was amazing. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. I feel they are all my new friends.

Best dealership I've been to

Well first off I didn't think I could get into another car, but jake said to come on in and that they work with different credit issues to get into a car, and he was right. I've got me a good car thanks to jake and Sam. Thanks a lot.

AWESOME

All the people there were great to work with. Very friendly and professional!!! Great service!!! Jake, our salesman was awesome, did great with our deal and work very hard to get us all the we wanted for the best price he could. We love our new 2017 Kia Sorento!!!!!! Everyone is awesome!

Smooth Ride

The sales process went well. Team there was friendly, and easy and reasonable to work with. We never felt uncomfortable or pressured to pull the trigger. They provided what we were looking for.

Peace of Mind -Wonderful Experience

Chris Unal, amazing, genuine and personable! Single mom, limited budget. Chris found the perfect car and ensured the little details would be taken care of. Chris introduced me to everyone including the service department. Thank you Josh for sticking to my monthly payment request and Trevor for taking time to review the contract at my pace. Made the whole buying experience less stressful! You all Rock!!! :-)

excellent experience, completed the deal, on a Saturday, including financing in less than 90 minutes. they had the vehicle I was looking for and gave a very fair trade in amount. Chris Unal was excellent to work with.
