Purchase of new Kia Soul

Jake Fromang assisted me throughout my purchase of a 2016 Soul. i had started with a different car and brought it back to exchange it. Jake was not working but agreed to come in from home if I wanted to wait. I wanted to wait because of how he had treated me 2 days before. He was knowledgeable about each Kia model and could compare safety features on Toyota and Honda. He wasn't pushy, but was patient, friendly and made buying my Kia Soul a great experience! He and the finance department worked with my credit and budget. They also got me a fabulous service plan. I have had my car a week and am thrilled with it! I have had Toyotas or Hondas in the past and feel that the Kia Soul easily matches or surpasses them. And I would always look for Jake to help me in the future!!

review 3 months later worst experience ever

where to start after having the kia for 3 months the transmissions went out they put a used one back in and charged me a 100 dollars instead of the 200 it should of cost. Ok that was all well and good but less that a week later the new transmissions went out and they had to put a 2nd one in it ok no problem. But once again less than a week later a 3 and then a 4th.... So now they are saying that because there transmissions are So bad they wont warranty the one that they just put in and and that it must be something im doing wrong because they have never seen any of there transmissions do anything like this before. I dident even make it out of the dealer parking lot and it started making noise WOW what a good car! So if your going to be getting a used car PLZZZZ GOD do not buy a used Kia there xxxxing crap and they wont even fix the car like there warranty says they will if it keeps happening they just say its your fault and tell you to get the xxxx out they told me to get the xxxx out and that they wont fix it as there cars are not to blame for the problem..... as to there response i never made any threats as for the verbal it was only after you told me to And ill Quote you( you told me i need to learn how to drive a car end quote) so ya i got a little pissed still you need to fix the transmissions you installed or pay a nother place to do the job if you cant do it right

Very professional and easy to work with!

We worked with Jake Fromang, Salesman, who was very professional , polite no pressure and tried to find what we were looking for. Over the next 2 days he tried to find what we were looking for and did,. The next part is the one I hate the most! Working the numbers. I have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years and this was the first time that they did not bring out several of the Big Guns to try and pressure us into buying something that was not in our price range. The Sales manager Trevor Fontara did come out to speak with us to see if there anything else they could find for us that would fit our needs He took our information and said he would continue to do so . All in all one of the best experiences we have had with a car salesmen and dealership. NO PRESSURE, PROFESSIONAL, PLEASANT TO WORK WITH!

No pressure sales

This was the second time we had met with Chris. He was very helpful the first time, but things didn't work out for us to purchase at that time. We went back to Peak Kia to trade in a lease. He was very patient with us as we went back and forth deciding from a new Optima, the Optima we were leasing or a new Sportage. He was very professional. At no point did we ever feel any pressure to purchase any of the vehicles.

Josh Westra and Kyle Dinner

Shout out to Kyle Dinner and the salesman st Prak Kia North in Windsor, Co. After being docked around at some other dealerships for a few days, I stopped by Peak Kia North and was driving off with a car that I had the monthly payments I could afford.

Perfect Car-Buying Experience

I have purchased over fifty cars in my 80+ years and Chris Unal made this experience a perfect one. He was not only professional and courteous, he went above and beyond to help us find the vehicle he knew we would love for years to come. I hope you realize what a great asset he is to your company and I will/would recommend him to anyone who needs a car. I felt no pressure--just genuine honesty and that is something I expect but seldom find when dealing with sales people. Thank you Chris for everything you did and because of you I have no "second thoughts" about the purchase I just made.

Outstanding Customer Service

Our most recent purchase was the fourth vehicle we have either leased or purchased from Kia in the past three and a half years. Tom Karros, sales manager, Chris Unal, sales consultant, and Josh Westra, finance director, were extremely helpful throughout our most recent purchase. Initially, I came in without my husband, just to talk and gather some information so we could make a decision with regards to our daughter's leased Kia Rio. At that time, I worked with Tom, who gave me all of the necessary information I needed to make a sound financial decision. My husband and I came back a week or two later to actually negotiate the purchase of a new vehicle for our daughter. Chris Unal was assigned to us because Bennett, the last sales associate we worked with, was no longer with the company. Chris was extremely helpful throughout the buying process. The overall process took a bit longer than we were hoping, but overall, we are satisfied customers. Josh, the finance director, apologized for the delay to sign off on all of the paperwork. It just so happened that they were extremely busy the same evening we decided to come in. Had we come in just a few minutes earlier, we wouldn't have had to wait. It happens. Again, overall, I'm very pleased with the entire staff at Peak Kia North. Service has always been extremely helpful, educational, and extremely flexible to work with. Thanks, everyone! Holly Sterkel

Very Patient, No pressure

My experience was amazing! He helped me find the right car for me, let me continue to shop around, and then helped me finalize the car. There was no hassle or pressure to make the decision now.
