Was told the car was serviced but the oil was low and black. Air filter was dirty. Engine coolant was low. Check engine light came on 5 miles down the road.

Bought a truck from one of there branches, was an ecoboast dodge diesel ram , 2018 that should have had and factory warranty , since was from Canada voided warranty when sold in us and then Marchael @ 989-635-3613 sold me an extended warranty that does not cover emissions and was told covers everything for an $100 deductible! Very upset! Don’t buy anything from these guys!

DO NOT BUY FROM. They sell cars that look newer are newer years but will break down within a week of buying. We bought a 2018 Jeep Cherokee from the dealer on Van Dike in Utica. The day after purchase the car threw a code and the check engine light came on and the car bogged down and went into limp mode. After calling the dealer they had us go to their mechanic and told us that the code was for a bad camshaft sensor and told us to take it to any Dodge Jeep Chrysler dealership and they will fix it for free because the car was still under warranty according to Joe Ricci's salesman. After taking it to the Jeep dealership we were told the car was no longer under warranty. We went back to the Joe Ricci Automotive and they, with a smile, said it's our problem and they wouldn't do anything. These people are liars and scam artists and we will be contacting a lawyer.

Found the car I wanted on car guru. They still had it in stock & took another 650 off of an already great deal! I also ended up financing with them, they found me a bit cheaper rate than online.

Worst dealer around, family member bought a Ford F-150 from here a year ago, 2 days after buying it the motor blew up. The truck was sent to a shop in Hamtramck where it sat for three months untouched. He finally got the truck back and immediately had issues with it. The workmanship was terrible, the engine was replaced and the wire harness was misrouted and laying on the exhaust. He took it back and now it’s been 4 months since he has seen his truck. They gave him a foreign car to drive but he’s making payments on a f150. They are the worst, and I would never recommend a vehicle from these idiots even if desperate. It’s a shame the way they treat people, they also do not call you back or answer the phone there. Buyers beware you will get scammed here.

I got a keep from them. It was really easy and compared to other online prices it was a good deal. I did my own research and looked around. These guys had the car I wanted and were easy to work with. I have no issues at all with my keep compass & would go back to them again. I think you have to talk to a few different sales people before you pick the one you like to have help you. Over all a great experience & I would buy from Joe Ricci again.

unprofessional and fraudulent

I purchased an extended warranty for $2600 on a vehicle purchase in July 2019. Unfortunately the vehicle was a total loss. The warranty company sent a pro-rated refund to the Joe Ricci Taylor in March. The check was cashed by the dealership on March 23, 2020. The dealership has failed to send me the refund after several calls from me and the warranty company
