Got ripped off

Moyer runs like crap, they didn't change the oil It was super black and they said they would fix the road rash on the rear bumper but all they did is wash it and it took 30 days to get my plate.

Misled not truthful and honest

Bought a vehicle from Joe Ricci I dealt with James and Joe I was promised some things that they didn't deliver then what's wrong with the vehicle 8 calls went ignored

Great People

I had a great experience with Joe Ricci at Clinton Township. Brandon Casper was very helpful and straight forward. I recommend seeing him when you go there.

Liars

My husband and I went to Joe Ricci in Shelby and purchased a 2015 Mercedes. `We signed all papers and asked if there was anything to disclose and Marcus Nichols said, "No." He had two sets of keys on his desk. He looked at the tag for each fobs, handed us one and said oops this other one is not right. The other one is locked up in a office and the girl has day off. I will get it for you. We said ok. Then Marcus walked to our new car and my husband handed him the keys for the car we were trading. Again, Marcus said I will get you your second key when she returns and they shook hands. Now they can;t find the second key! Joe Ricci himself and Joe Jr. both agree that Marcus was wrong and should have told us about not having a second set. However, no one will buck up and provide us a second set of keys! We have 4 drivers and a short drive way, we need a second set of keys!

Crooks

They sold me a unsafe car. I'm a single father and just wanted them to fix the problem got no help even after they lied to me!

Worst credit , Good credit just starting off credit . It doesn't matter . Please make an appointment with my Man Jeff McCullough at Joe Ricci Auto in Taylor . you wont be disappointed.

Jeff hooked me up

I came in with bad credit, and he put me in a great car for affordable payments, and it has helped me improve my credit! I'm very happy :)

Great experience

Great customer service from beginning to end. I would definitely go back and recommend someone else or to purchase a different car for myself. The salesman that worked with me was awesome

Buying a car

I just want to give a big thank you to Jeff McCullough for doing a phenomenal job with me. I never thought it would be possible for me to own my very own vehicle but he made it happen and he made buying a car a pleasant experience so I will always be grateful for him thank you Jeff Mccullough for doing a wonderful job .

Jeep with Jeff McCullough

Absolutely love my new Jeep Cherokee! Came in to trade out my old car with a jeep and this was exactly what I wanted: leather seats, low miles, etc. Had a great customers experience, as Jeff handled everything for me.
