one of the worse dealers i've dealt with.

one of the worse dealers i've dealt with. Bought a used 2024 Atlas cross sport from them. The middle tail light panel had a crack. the agreement was they would replace it for me at no additional charge. They said they will order part and call me when it's in to schedule the service. I got a call 2 weeks after from Daniel the salesman and he set me up with an appointment. Went in and spent 3 hours at the dealer to find out it was the wrong part. i was told by Dominic in service that they will call me when the correct part is in. I havent heard from them. Called 2 weeks ago into parts to find out the order for the part was never placed. The guy that helped me said he will place order and they will call me when its in. I havent heard anything from these guys. My experience with them has been very bad and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. I know you may get busy, but its been a month. I wouldnt bother with this dealership. They dont seem to keep their word, or maybe because its a service they are supposed to cover (the agreement upon purchasing the car) they figured we wont bother reaching out. Called service many times just to be put on hold or transferred around. For your own sake, stay away.

Great service experience, all work performed was done

Great service experience, all work performed was done accurately. Communication was top notch from Alex Harter. I had no surprises. The dealer exceeded my expectations.

I went in for an oil change and spark plug replacement.

I went in for an oil change and spark plug replacement. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was provided with a loaner car while my car was being serviced. Alex Harter went above and beyond to assist me with this entire process. She was very friendly, helpful, and exhibited excellent communication and support. Alex is a primary reason why I continue to get my car serviced at this location.

Bought a new Tiguan and everything went pretty smoothly.

Bought a new Tiguan and everything went pretty smoothly. Didn’t have to do a ton of negotiation the sales person was very nice and was knowledgeable about the car. Got some additional perks on the car.

Typical car salesman antics; kept moving the goalpost on the terms of the transaction, gave me the wrong keys for the vehicle after I bought it, tried to say I needed to buy the car in order to test drive it.

On November 29, I perused the website for this dealership

On November 29, I perused the website for this dealership as I was contemplating the purchase of a Jetta SE. I did not request a call from the dealership when the next day, I received a call from a sales representative who, after I gave them a price based on my research, spoke to her manager whose name was Danny. Danny calls me and while we agreed on the price, the interest rates were too high to proceed with the transaction. I filled out a credit application through Volkswagen which I thought would be solely through the latter. The next thing I know, there were five hard inquiries on my credit which had a negative effect on my FICO score. I have had to work hard to get my credit back into shape after experiencing past hardships and didn't appreciate what this Danny did. No sale and no recommendations from me.
