This is my 5th purchase from Pugi. They have always been a pleasure to do business with……..kind, honest and not pushy is the best I can describe them. Just purchased my new Jetta, Scott and Robert were the best!!

Went to see the 2017 Subaru Forester Limited AWD Sport...
Went to see the 2017 Subaru Forester Limited AWD Sport Utility Black SUV. The vehicle had a hanging passenger side view mirror and an unfunctional passenger back window. None of this was mentioned in the sales description. Sales rep. Devon wasn't friendly at all and was cocky, he wasn't willing to negotiate at all. All other staff were friendly. I was in and out. They didn't get my business.

Eva, thank you for your feedback. I do apologize for the inconvenience and lack of communication regarding the condition of the vehicle. We should have informed you of the side view mirror and back window before your arrival, however our internet sales team works in a separate building and did not have any knowledge of the vehicle's condition being that way when setting your appointment. I am sorry that Devon did not present the vehicle in a better way or give you a warm and friendly Pugi visit. I will reach out to the Volkswagen pre-owned vehicle manager to make sure he speaks with Devon in regards to this situation. so far no good. With an appointment made a few days...
so far no good. With an appointment made a few days prior, the service center hasn't gotten to my car for 1/2 the day already. When asked if a loaner car could be given, they told us not unless they determine they cannot fix the car same day. Well we brought it in for air conditioning compressor and etc...If they haven't even evaluated the car with an appointment in 5 hours, how in the world do they know if they can fix the car same day. Service still hasn't called us. They should simply be like the old days and take care of the customer. Loaner cars were part of the "service" at a dealership...perhaps not for an old change, but for a bigger job. I am not impressed with this customer service thus far.

After a couple hours of evaluation, turns out they don’t have the parts to fix the air conditioner anyhow. Parts are now ordered. As to when they can fix the car or complete the job, I have no idea. I do know this however: I am now without a car for two days, and they could’ve simply given a loaner car or even offered to deliver it to the home. I would not recommend Pugi for a customer service from this perspective. Perhaps they do a good job Servicing cars, but we will see.

Horrible experience. Save your time and dignity and don't visit this dealership. Bill the sales manager was fine but then I was handed off to a salesman that LITERALLY told me "I don't care if we make this deal, we've sold like 7 cars today." I was asking for $5 dollars less a month on the payment. Yes 5. This salesman is the reason why there's a stereotype about car dealers.

Great service!! Both Odis Horne and Robert Cruz were extremely helpful and considerate. Robert helped us locate the unit and color I wanted!! the transaction was easy and timely!!

Always have a great experience at Pugi in Downers Grove. My Mazda CX5 (purchased at Pugi) is for business, and they always take good care of me with maintenance - reminding me what needs to done in the future so I can plan accordingly. they even washed my car!
