Would like to start off with my experience with the

Would like to start off with my experience with the service department at Cannon was great. The only person I dealt was a young man ( James ) who was very polite and knowledgeable . Now with that said I would like to say I am totally dissatisfied with GM. It took 3 weeks to get part needed to repair my truck .In my book there is no excuse for that period . On a scale of one to ten Cannon Chevrolet (service dept) gets a 10 and GM a 2 maybe .

Thank to Cannon Chevrolet Service Dept, Ashley was great

Thank to Cannon Chevrolet Service Dept, Ashley was great She kept me in the loop with everything that was going on with my car, from finding parts that are not really available, since the car was only built for 3 years.. CHEVY SS parts are hard to get, but they took care of my car and I really appreciate the care and attention.... I'M LOOKING FOR ASHLEY EVERYTIME I COME.... THANK U ASHLEY, AND SHOUT OUT TO PARTS DEPT. FOR FINDING THE ONLY PART IN THE COUNTRY,.. (MINNESOTA).. THANK U GUYS FOR YOUR EFFORT AND HARD WORK

FIRST…We always TRY to buy locally. Kim’s No Bill was our first stop to look for TrailBlazer. NO HASSLE 👍 Cole did an outstanding job working with us, explaining EVERY detail & answering ALL our questions! An awesome young man. Has to be 1 of Kim’s BEST! Give credit we’re it’s due….Cole

Just purchased our 2023 Chevrolet Trail Blazer from Kim’s No Bull in Laurel. We always try to buy locally. This time was no different. Cole did an AWESOME job. Explained ALL details/features of the Trail Blazer & answered ALL our questions. NO hassle! NO rush! NO Bill! 👍
