Nice salesman Lousy dealer

Our salesman Jeremy was very nice. No complaints there. Once we agreed to buy the truck, that's where the issues began. There were no "detail" people on site so poor Jeremy had to try to detail the truck himself. Sorry, Jeremy, you're no detail man. I spent all day yesterday trying to scrub off the waterspots. They had only one finance manager so we had to wait over an hour to simply write out our checks and be handed the paperwork. This was the point at which I realized they had added in an extra fee (around $450) for "keeping the lights on". I would have thought the profit margin in the sale would "keep the lights on". Jeremy was a nice guy and he was quite embarrassed at how we were treated but there was nothing he could do. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Great

My dealer was great and very patient and nice. When it’s time for another car I will most definitely be coming back to Mr.Willie Whitfield.

Very positive experience.

Willie Whitfield is the best. He is friendly and knowledgeable. He also has a great sense of humor and great personality. I recommend asking for him if you choose to make a purchase. He made the entire process very positive. I know who and where to go to for another purchase.

Buying a new Equinox LY

Very professional and friendly staff. Jacky Brown was our sales person and she was an absolute delight to deal with. Highly recommend her. The management and other staff were also accommodating and friendly.

Great experience

I had the best experience when purchasing my new Nissan Murano. The salesman, Jeremy Hamilton, was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. If he did not immediately know the answer, he got the answer for me in a timely manner. . I even had a question a couple of days later regarding an accessory to my vehicle and he immediately answered my text to him. All of the staff that I came in contact with at Kim’s Nissan were very friendly and eager to help. My experience was very pleasant and I would recommend Kim’s Nissan and especially, Jeremy Hamilton, to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Salesman needs additional training

Our sales person Jacky Brown needs more training on taking care of her customers after selling them a vehicle she needs to take time by showing her customer everything about there new vehicle

Overall great car buying experience

I enjoyed working with Cole, our salesmen. The only concerns I had was after leaving the dealership found the tires under inflated and oil life not reset.

Really friendly and amazing to work with.

Great service, friendly, honest, and amazing to work with. He was very generous, easy to deal with and quick service. Glad I chose Kim’s Nissan.
