Friendly staff.

I bought a 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe High Country in October

I bought a 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe High Country in October with 45 miles on it. I had it one week and the transmission went out. I was a county over. Kim's service department refused to bring me a rental car to drive, arrange a tow truck, anything. They were "out of rentals". I had to ride home with another parent after spending my child's entire field trip arranging the tow truck to tow my car and dealing with the dealership. When I talked to Kim, she was very nice, but unaware of the situation until I told her. The service department was nice after that and Kim miraculously found me a car to drive. Now, about 4 months later, my vehicle is shaking again with check engine light on. I go to Kim's with an appointment. They tell me it will be 24 -72 hours before they can even do a diagnostic on it and the service manager refused to speak to me about it. I left to take my vehicle to Sullivan in Collins and let them know that. No one ever called or anything. I've been treated better by the place where I did not purchase my vehicle. Listen when people tell you not to buy from Kim's. Here I am, paying good money for a brand new vehicle while it sits in the shop yet again.

Just another xxxxxxxx car lot, don’t let the name fool you. Out to take your money anyway they can, they sure as xxxx are not your friends so buyer beware.

Good vehicle. Decent price but not great. Purchased several vehicles there. Worried about service convenience as I dont have time to waste if appointments are delayed.

Good vehicle. I am concerned about comments that I hear regarding the service department but will withhold judgment until later. So far, the service that has been done on my new vehicle (adding hitch and lights) was very good.

We were from Texas visiting Laurel Ms . We heard some...

We were from Texas visiting Laurel Ms . We heard some weird noises on my car and stopped by the dealership Kim's No Bull Chevrolet Dealership on our way home. They took such great care of me and found out the issue was something that I could drive home and have fixed then. What a blessing to be able to be out of town and have them take good care of us. Sid was our service consultant and Tasha shuttled us to downtown to shop and then picked us back up! Thank you for your amazing good ole fashion customer service.
