I want to provide an overview of my experience with

I want to provide an overview of my experience with Nissan so others can make an informed decision about who they trust to service their vehicle. Two weeks ago (1/8), my car’s engine light came on and I received an automated email to take it to a Nissan dealer immediately. That day I took it to the dealer (Wednesday) and I was told that they wouldn’t be able to look at it until the following day. It took my calling 2 times on Thursday before I was able to speak with someone to get an update on my vehicle. I was told they found no problem with it and wanted to keep it again to look at it on Friday as well. Fast forward to Friday at 4pm, I had to call again to get an update as one was not provided, and informed that the person I was working with had left for the day. I was also told that no problem was found in my car and that it was ready for pick up. I arrived that night to pick my car up and was also informed it would cost roughly $200 for the inspection and the oil change. So aside from the oil change, I brought my vehicle into Nissan due to an email I received from Nissan advising me to bring the car into Nissan for Nissan to tell me there is nothing wrong with my Nissan. Money well spent. When I went to take my vehicle home that night I noticed that despite getting an oil change, the mechanic didn’t bother to put the oil change replacement sticker on my windshield. I also found out, while driving on I-95, that he couldn't be bothered to fully shut the hood of the vehicle. What a fun drive home that was given there was no shoulder for me to pull over and close the hood until I got off of 95. Fast forward to today, I find that my car is now messaging me that I am due for an oil change in 900 miles. I decided to check the oil and saw that the dipstick is low and the oil looks old. It is clear that the oil change was also not done. I call Nissan to process the above information and create a plan of action for them to continue to provide amazing customer service. The first person I spoke with told me that they “probably” just didn’t reset the sensor. When I explained that I had checked the dipstick and did not believe that to be the case, she then told me I could schedule an appointment to have it looked at. I expressed a hesitancy to do this as I did not want to pay for them to look at my car again and tell me that they did the work and for me to not get any actual service completed. She attempted to transfer me to the service manager who was unavailable and told me that they would call me back. I have not heard back and their track record does not inspire confidence. If you are eager to interact with service people that seem to have watched every Grant Cardone Youtube video and get the lowest level service, I would highly encourage you to bring them your business. This is not a place that I would bring my car for maintenance and I have no intention of returning. I hope this review helps other folks in deciding where to have their car serviced.

Two bad experiences back to back.

Two bad experiences back to back. First I went in for an oil change for my Nissan Kicks and even after two hours they never pulled my car in for service, when asked they said the appointment is for the service advisor and not a guaranteed time. Second instance took place this morning, I had scheduled for a recall on my Nissan Leaf and after I got there they said they don’t do recall work anymore. I had called to confirm the appointment yesterday they did not mention anything at that time either. I guess the customer service has dropped a lot under new management, but the players are still the same so I don’t understand what is going on.

Service at this place sucks.

Service at this place sucks. The reason for me forced to leave this review is because of two bad experiences back to back. First I went for an oil change and it took three hours for them to do a regular oil change. Second I went there this morning with my car for a factory for my EV recall which I had scheduled with them a week before, after I reached there they said they don’t do any factory recalls and good luck with finding someone who does it. The guy gave a fauxpology. I would say keep away from these guys.

An excellent experience, espeically compared to other Nissan dealerships I've tried to buy a used car with. They knew their stuff and gave me the Clean Car Tax Credit right off the top, no hassle.

Believe the negative reviews about this dealership.

Believe the negative reviews about this dealership. While the initial greetings and appearance of professionalism may seem reassuring, my experience has been far from it. I purchased a Tesla on August 15, 2024, and by August 16, the car began shaking aggressively. I returned to the dealership, and after servicing, the technician assured me on August 17 that the issue was resolved. However, the same issue reoccurred, and we returned to the dealership for further inspection. Once again, they claimed the vehicle was cleared, but the problem persisted. Now, the dealership has refused to address the issue further. Despite the car being a 2018 Nissan-certified vehicle, they have declined to repair it. I've tried to return the vehicle, but I've been met with no response. I've had to chase down management, only to be told they do not want to fix the car. This level of service is unacceptable, and I urge potential buyers to heed the negative reviews. Be cautious if you're considering doing business with this dealership

Run away from these guys!

Run away from these guys! After a bad sales experience and attempts to negotiate a resolution with Josh Cochran, I got in touch with the MVA. The MVA has subsequently cited this dealership for false/misleading/deceptive sales practices under COMAR Code Regulations 11.12.01.14 A(1); B(2) and D(3). They are required by law to disclose several extra costs upfront and are not. I see several reviews on here where people have mentioned the same issue. And Josh Cochran? Yes, he comes off as nice and professional, but is absolutely the worst.

The staff were polite but insistent that the car could not be sold without additional unnecessary ("LoJack"(TM), "ceramic coating", and so on to add to the cost. The advertised price is lower than what they are willing to sell the car for. What it turns out to be is bait and switch. Maryland's AG office has been notified.

Looking for your next vehicle online?

Looking for your next vehicle online? This is the Way! So many things have changed in the past few years in the vehicle shopping process, but the team at Nissan of White Marsh is doing things right. I was shopping for my Frontier for over 5 months, and I was being patient to find the right vehicle at the right price. So many dealerships are quick to throw a number on a car-buying site; you can imagine what happens when you try to ask questions or confirm details- let alone talk price. Brice and the sales team at Nissan of White Marsh treated me with respect and patience even though I wasn't in the building. The transparency, integrity, and ease of communication with Jason in finance made an online and phone interaction feel like a 'hand shake deal'. They checked every box and answered every inquiry. In the end, the Value and Trust earned made it an easy decision to FLY FROM FLORIDA to do business here. If you are shopping online and want peace of mind with your major purchase- I hope that this review speaks to you. Nissan of White Marsh will treat you right and make the experience one to boast about. This is how it is supposed to be!
