I have owned many high-end cars. Mercedes Benz, Lexus, Audi, Thunderbird, Acura, Oldsmobile. The mcgovern group is becoming a serious competitor in high-end dealers. I have one wish, expand the network. The trip is too long, precluding normal visits. Good experience overall. Glad I don't have to do that I 87 every day. Thank you, Jon

Everyone at the Albany Genesis dealership is really helpful and considerate. I do have a couple of technical issues that I need to return to the dealership for more help. Otherwise, great dealer and the Genesis GV70 is gorgeous!

I was a little worried after reading some of the stories about Genesis service on some of the owner forums. I’m happy to report that my experience with Genesis of Albany was incredible. I bought my car elsewhere pre-owned and stopped into Genesis of Albany to introduce myself to the service staff. They were great, very welcoming and spent time talking to me and pulling up the records on the car and going over them. I scheduled my first maintenance which was less than a week out. I opted to wait so they gave me a time estimate of when my car would be brought in so I wasn’t left waiting more than necessary. Staff was super friendly. Anthony was great, and John, Jill and I got to talk quite a bit about the dealership and my car. One of the sales staff came over and asked if I had any questions about the car. I was reassured that Tony did an initial walk around of the car with me and another when it was done. If I could rate my experience more than 5 stars I would. Lucky to have this dealership close to me.

Easy to use the valet service to get my car serviced . Highly recommend the dealership.

My contact at Albany Genesis, Jill, was a peach. She set me up with a sweet loaner, a 2024 Gv80, I didn’t mind driving it for extended period, due to my car requiring extensive service. They returned my car and picked up the loaner. I live about 59 miles away. After completing the service, including regular maintenance, my bill was $10 for inspection. I look forward to a long and pleasant relationship with Albany Genesis, as long as Jill is still on board

I had a service appointment, I arrived a few minutes late, my service advisor, Anthony, was waiting for me prepared with all my documents. A loaner car was ready for me and no pressure to return to dealership asap. The service was great and everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and professional!
