Carfive - Plaistow NH

Went to the dealership expecting them to use or at least be close to the Cars.com offer, they used Kelley blue book and some other program instead. The price they offered was way lower than cars.com! Very disappointed.

It is dealerships like you who give the automotive dealership companies a bad name. I wuld not reccomend this place as they swindle you.

⚠️ Caution!! Service sucks!! Very Dishonest General service Manager!! Their main focus is sales, other than that you are screwed!! They are gonna trow you around like a ping pong ball and after wasting your time,patience and effort they are gonna wash their hands off…Encourage you buyers to go some where else where they really appreciate your businesses and are really committed to deliver great customer service. Worst Experience so far!! Shady people. Do not waste your money on them! They only care about sales, Customer service and satisfaction? Not important for then… service and repairs suck!! Along with the service General Manager, They’re a joke! They will find 1,001 ways to not do what they’re supposed to. Not trust worthy… Go somewhere where you really are a valued customer. Very happy with the good service of Alex Lima and the car five team. Easy terminology and a lot of variety of vehicles.

I can not recommend CarFive. I exchanged several emails with them, and was offered a fair amount sight unseen. They asked me to come in, and offered me less than offered, but acceptable. I was then told there was nobody around to sign a check for me. They told me they'd come to my house in the morning with it. After waiting for an hour after they opened, I began an hour of phone calls, and after another 90 minutes being told that their management team was notified, and more phone calls, finally the salesman called me and told me that they changed their mind. Victoria, Dean, Steve - I could not be more disappointed.

Everyone especially Alex was extremely helpful during the process of getting my car. An amazing experience during the process.
