I recently decided to purchase a 2011 F250 diesel truck for my husband and went to Diesel World. I was greeted in the parking lot by a salesman named Dean who was very friendly and helpful, he knew about all the trucks on the lot. I liked the F250, full 4 door pick up with all the options it had and how clean it was. I took it for a test drive and made up my mind quickly to purchase it after they made it simple to take the payment the offered me. I had originally planned on using my bank but decided to use their financing instead. They made it quick and simple to get me to the payment I wanted, at a great rate and I got to drive the truck home that day. Frank in finance was also great, helped me get a better rate than my own bank offered me. While I was there I also met the owner, Brian who congratulated me on the purchase of the truck for my husband. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a quality pre-owned truck and fast, friendly service and honesty from their employees!!!

said truck would pass inspection in any inspectable states if not he would pay the inspection station repairs cost . Called them haven't returned phone call, stay aways from this Dealer, started of with bait and switch, vechile advertised didn't exsist, what they showed wasn't as advertized total deceptve discription STAY A WAY

I purchased two cars from Brian Orlando. The first one unfortunately was involved in a car accident, I went back for my second car. Both cars were in great shape and reasonably priced. Brian answered all my questions. I had a great experience at Diesel World.

I just recently purchased my second vehicle from DW in the last several years. The first was a F550 dump for work, this one a 2008 Duramax for everyday use and camper hauling. I must admit that both times they had the best selection anywhere around. Along with great finance terms and rates the reason I went back, besides selection, was the "bend over backwards service" I recieved from there shop. Great job out back guys thankyou! Be back again!

My fiance and I have been on the market for purchasing a second vehicle...Limited credit opportunities crowded our efforts, to no avail. We talked to Frank about a used 2003 Ram 2500...We discussed our options and decided that it would be a better option to look at a beautiful 2008 Ram 1500...we walked out on the lot, and all I can say is...We had finally found the wow factor that we were waiting for. Frank has worked tirelessly, trying to find the best deal that fits us. We have a two year old daughter, that can be a bit of a handful at times, Frank was very courteous with her, and I have to say, probably made a new friend. Our customer service has been great. The vehicles are gorgeous....and we are looking forward to doing more business with Diesel World!

I drove up there to look at a few trucks and had the worse customer service ever. He was rude and degrading (I'm a girl) acted like I was stupid and did not know anything. Will never go back or recommend.
