They presented a few different options and once my choice was narrowed down they presented me with their best deal. No pressure to buy and courteous at all times. All the staff seems eager to help and they assist each other nicely. Also, due to COVID-19 they have good safety precautions in place. This is my 2nd certified pre-owned purchase from Chilson's so obviously I think they are reliable. I appreciate their service coupon booklet with purchase as well. They met all my expectations.

I needed to run some errands on Friday morning and my Chrysler Sebring started just fine in my garage. After I had driven for at least 45 minutes I headed to the grocery store.. When I tried to start my car there was nothing. I tried a couple more times and it didn't even turn over. I called AAA and they send someone who tried to jump it and also nothing. He called a tow truck and I called you to tell you that my car was being to towed in at approximately 10:45.. Kate took the call and said that when it got there they would check and see what was wrong. They did an oil change which had just be noted and installed a new battery. Kate called me within an hour and my car was ready by 3:30. I thought that the bill was very reasonable.
