Although I didn't end up trading in my vehicle for the used one I went to look at Heather, Tim, and Chad (I think) were absolutely consummate professionals. I'm not technically a customer yet, but will be in the future if the right trade comes around!

Brought my car in for an oil change and check-up. Received a tire rotation and felt the service techs explained everything well. One helped me set my compass on the display panel as well. Very friendly and professional. I love having coupon to use for free oil change since I bought my car at Chilson's. Nice waiting area; glad COVID restrictions have been lifted.

Austin took great care of us like normal! When I walked in he already knew the history of our truck and the warranty parameters he would be working with, left us feeling confident it would be handled without worries!

Good communication on what I needed done but the cost was more than I expected. Really liked the mechanic who worked on my vehicle. Everything that could be an issue was pointed out to me. Of course, I had to pay for just the inspection and parts and labor were additional expense. I had hoped because I sprang for a significant repair that they would have foregone the additional inspection bill. No way Jose.

Korey was amazing to work with and did everything he could to get us in the vehicle we wanted! Highly recommend him if you’re looking for a new vehicle!

I had the best and fasted service here. The sales person, Heather, was great and very knowledgeable about my vehicle. She answered all of my questions. I would recommend highly recommend them. David was also very clear on the paperwork for me. I felt very well taken care of at Chilson.

The sorst servise in town,manager was idiot and mean,technical was stuped,i paid $300 for no thing,a has same problem with my car,they are thevs.i payed por his misstake.never more at that grage.if you want to pay for no thing go at chilson

Always friendly and have never had a problem scheduling service. However, the service slip indicated that all 4 tires had the required air pressure when, indeed one did not. Very glad I watched that information on my dashboard and returned the next day to have air added to that tire. Everything seems fine now but, having the service person double check would be better. However, this is the first time that's happened and I will be back.

As always Chilson Chrysler Dodge Jeep delivered. The service I needed was provided faster than expected and the staff was cordial and responsive. Jeep owner for life!
