Already wrote a review but it disappeared??? I am satisfied with the service Chilson provided, except for the PSI. I needed to get air a few days later in the left rear tire; the read out also said the two left tiers were at 39 and 36?!?! Kate was helpful and friendly.

Entire staff is friendly, professional, and eager to help. I've never had any complaints with the service department. They obviously have well-qualified mechanics who get the job done with skill and efficiency. I wouldn't take my Ram 1500 anywhere else to be serviced.

They have always been responsive to my questions and have gone the extra mile to solve any problems. Their explanations on the work they performed were in language I could understand. I would recommend them for both sales and service.

I called on Saturday to have the USB ports on the media player fixed. I had trouble with this before. A lot of things were tried previously, including replacing the radio. This was all covered on warranty work. When I brought the vehicle in on Monday, the girl behind the glass could hardly be heard. I asked for repeats and she finally got my name and other info. I waited in the customer service area and about an hour later, she came and said the repairs were done. She then gave me a sheet that stated they had fixed the phone connection. I then told her that was not what I brought the vehicle in for. She then gave me a bill for over $80, with no explanation for this. I told her that I had never used the phone in the vehicle. I told her I brought it in to have the media USB ports fixed. I paid it and finally got my keys and left. If this is what Chrysler does with warranty work, it will be the last time that I use them for service. I don't plan on going back to pay for warranty work.

With repeated business throughout the years with Chilsons they are without a doubt the most enjoyable dealership to buy from I have ever dealt with. I may look at other vehicles in other sites, but I wouldn’t buy from anyone else. They are professional, polite and honest.

Their staff was amazing, fast efficient work, they also told me about a recall I was unaware off and were right on top of scheduling forbthat work.
