In my 55 years I have never received such disrespectful, shameful, embarrassing treatment as I did from the used car “manager” BILL CHULEAS (and how he ever got that position, I’ll never understand) as I did tonight at Milosch’s Palace Chrysler Jeep Dealership. When your salesperson has to pull him aside to try and get him to quit acting absolutely shameful to his buyer, you know you’ve got a problem. Our salesman kept apologizing for the way this idiot acted and was quite embarrassed himself. I would highly recommend that you NEVER buy a used car from this dealership. On top of his completely unforgivable behavior, we drove 45 miles to this dealership to purchase a car and halfway home, in our new car, the FUEL LIGHT CAME ON !!! Are you kidding me ? You sell us a $25,000 car and can’t put any gas in it? Absolutely ridiculous ! You can bet this review is going to many different publications and social media sites so let’s see if we get a phone call or response from Donald Milosch, Jr. I’m betting not. But I will tell you Mr. Milosch - you need to get rid of that dirt bag BILL CHULEAS or at the very least provide him with some training on how to deal with female customers. I have to thank Terry Thrushman, Don Tessier and everyone else at Milosch's Palace for making my new car purchase and trade-in of my PT Cruiser so easy. My husband and I have purchased several new and used vehicles here and will continue to in the future.

Went into this dealership after hearing the same promises you always do.. very low expectations based on previous car buying experience and was blown away. George Essa was the salesman who helped me. I told him what I was looking for and what I wanted for my trade in and what I wanted to pay. He listened, and didn’t waste any of my time.. told me what my options were, found me some discounts and got me into a vehicle which I was not even considering as a possibility. More than excited about my new Ram, and overwhelming pleased with the dealerships and its people! Highly recommend all of it! Totally changed my perception of car dealers, they are not all one in the same! Well done!

We were expecting to just come in and receive a quote on a Ram Truck. George was so helpful we decided to to end our evaluation and to with George and a Ram truck.

I had been working with a dealership before visiting this one and was getting very frustrated. I decided to take a chance and take the 40 minute drive to check this dealership out. They had a huge and fantastic selection of vehicles and before I could even get fully through the front door I was greeted by an associate. The whole time I was there I was treated with respect and never felt pressured. My salesman took care of me and worked with me the whole way to get me my new vehicle and see that I was happy with everything. It was truely a overall great experience! Well worth the trip over to the dealership, will definitely be back!
