BMW of Minnetonka

We were a cash buyer. To start, they offered me nothing on my tradein. I'm fine with the dealership making money on my tradein. But not a few thousand of dollars. I knew my breakeven point and they wouldn't even come close. I ended up selling it outright. Then I made a cash offer on a vehicle. It took a week to set up the "ZOOM" call to go over the paperwork even though we were a cash buyer. Then they could not tell me when I could pick up the vehicle, until after the call. Clearly this is why car dealerships will be out of business within 3 years. Who gives a buyer 7-10 days to think about their car purchase? Horrible service, worse value.

I felt a little out of place at a BMW dealership, but Heather was SUPER friendly and helped to negotiate a fair price. Great experience!

Don't waste your time buying a car here. I went in at 6:45 pm on 1/17/22 to buy a used car that i saw online. They informed me that they closed at 7 pm but their website stated they are open until 8 pm. I asked to see the car and Galina showed me the SUV but it had performance tires and would need snow tires. I said I would buy it if she would get me the costs of the snow tires and she said she would call the next day with the info. We did exchange contact info. I also said I would give a deposit right then but she stated they didnt take deposits but I told her I definitely wanted the car. Well she never called, I waited 5 days never heard from her (I am not going to chase someone to buy their SUV that you cannot even drive in the snow lol). I should probably thank her as I went down the road to Lexus and purchased a brand new vehicle and the whole process there was delightful. BMW of Minnetonka just a huge waste of time. Funny thing is that car is still for sale at BMW but apparently they dont want to make sales.

Father bright vehicle in fo oil change and wheel balance. Was told it needed head gaskets replaced they can see the oil leak he knew there was a small drip, so (Toby assured us this was the problem and it was a very nice car)3000.00 later it was done and ready for the 80 yr old owner to pick up. Here we are 1 month later it is leaking a bigger puddle on the garage floor!! Toby says bring it in now it needs a 6000.00 fix but he will give the 80 yr old vulnerable adult a great price on the work “needed”. I the daughter have called and left messages for Toby but no call back,he just needs the money. Sounds like a BBB call has to be made . Very sad to take advantage of people from the era of honesty. Don’t go there!!

Great place for high quality used vehicles. Great customer service and gorgeous facility. You don’t have to buy a $200k car to be treated very well here. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Ask for Josh he’s great.

Worked with Sonny and Max on ordering a 2022 BMW. There was never a rush or pressure to buy. Ended up getting the 330e and LOVE it. Best experience buying a car. BMW of Minnetonka officially owns my business from here on out. The vehicle had to be ordered and Sonny kept me apprised on the status. On the financial side, Scott also did an amazing job. And the BMW genius, Cici was outstanding - fun to work with, easy to follow.

Sonny Ground SALES associate never call back regarding information what I request regarding my trade or car what I was interesting to purchase. He never had any intention to help soon as I mentioned I am from different state buying car.

Had to have my vehicle unexpectedly serviced at Minnetonka BMW and the staff did a great job taking care of me. Jeff Kotnour did an awesome job keeping me up to date with the status of my car. Thank you!
