Spoke with Jon Bliss over the phone, inquiring about a few used SUVs that caught my eye. I set a 2 pm appointment with Jon and was thrilled to find that he picked 6-8 vehicles that would be a good fit for my wife. There was zero rush and no pressure to buy as if they genuinely wanted what was best for her. Ended up getting an X5 and we LOVE it. Best experience buying a car. BMW of Minnetonka officially owns my business from here on out. Lastly, wrapping up the financial side of this purchase with Scott Houghland was the cherry on top. He was a remarkably kind and warm business manager who made me laugh the whole time.

Update: On February 17, I posted a negative review of BMW’s service. WOWSERS!! Since then, BMW has made everything right by replacing the problem vehicle with a brand new SUV. The General Manager of BMW Minnetonka, the General Manager of BMW Motorwerks, Oliver Ravkin, New Car Sales Manager, and Alec at BMW America, worked their magic. We are in love with our new vehicle, and we’re likely to be life-time owners of BMWs. Thank you, BMW!!
