I had a fine experience with the purchase of my new end of model year 2015 Silverado. The salesman, Sean, was easy to work, pleasant, knowledgeable, and gave me a fair deal. The finance manager also contributed to a pleasant experience. There was great service in the installation of added parts and paint & interior protection. There was one minor inconvenience with promised alternate vehicle transportation while service upgrades were performed...no one at the dealership was aware that the salesman did made the arrangements, but he was not at the dealership when I arrived due to a sales meeting. I received a complimentary ride home from the dealership instead. No real problem! Overall: a great experience.

I went to the dealership with my mind set on purchasing a 2016 Equinox. Mike was able to show me an LTZ with the options I wanted. He and Kyle were very professional and answered all my questions. It was a very good experience.

They were willing to work with us, and made sure that we didn't walk away empty handed. About the only thing that is worth mentioning is we had a 5-6 hour wait because of some financing issues, which was on the bank's end. Great experience overall.

The sales man was very helpful, he knew every thing about the vehicle and explained the vehicle in detail to our satisfaction we will not hesitate to go back for service ,and when in need of another vehicle will return to the same dealer

I originally started on Red Lion Chevrolet's website. It took me awhile to find something that they had that I liked. Then one day I seen a dark blue 2008 Chevrolet Impala that had 104900 miles on it. It had looked like a really nice car. So I ended up filling out a credit application on their website. Dawn Elmore had contacted me not long after. So I then setup a time to come and test drive the car and see if its something I would be interested in. I am glad I did its a really nice car. I am thankful that they were able to help me get financed due to my bad credit. Especially with not needing a lot down and only having an old car to trade in. My salesman Matt Dawson was very nice and not pushy. The finance person John Ring was also nice. I even was given a tour by the Matt by salesmen of the dealership which was nice. I also got to make my cars first oil change appointment. I would definitely recommend Red Lion Chevrolet to anyone who is looking for a new or used car.
