I have been going to Red Lion Chevy for general car maintenance for a couple of years and recently made the decision to purchase a car from there. The one salesman, Greg, was extremely pushy and spoke entirely too much. As a rule, I do not trust people who talk excessively. The more words someone says, the more likely it is some of them are lies. I would have not made the deal if I was only working with Greg. However, James sealed the deal for me. He is fairly new, but was the Yin to Greg's Yang. His honest approach to sales and calm demeanor was extremely reassuring and was the main reason I made the purchase. If you like being smooth talked and pushed around, watch our for some of the salespeople. If you like an honest and calm transaction, go with James. The staff is extremely helpful with the financial aspect of the purchase for those unfamiliar with how it works.

We leased a Cruze in 2013 and from the second week of ownership the car was in the shop and had ongoing issues during the life of the car. This experience not only left a bad taste for Chevy but it also very much so turned us off from the dealer as a while and from 2013 till 2016 we did not return. The car broke down again about a week and was the final straw I sent a message to the Apple Corporate team expressing my frustration and pain points that we had been having ongoing with the car and lack of service from the RT 30 Chevy store. I reached out to Apple and waived my white flag and ask them to please step up and help us get out of this car and away from the problem pit that it was. I honestly did not expect to hear anything from a company of that size as they own most of the dealers in the area. But to my surprise I received a message/call from the GM Wes of Redlion Chevy aprox 2 hrs later. He expressed his concern on the matter and the desire to really help us and to try an make it right. Still very skeptical due to prior experience my wife and I went in and Spoke with him as well as his finance manager who again were very interested in the issues we had had and what had been one and not been done. He then paired us with a salesman Sean who then questioned us as to what we were looking for and what would best fit out needs and was able to in very short order help find us not only what we were looking for but even a little more! I can honestly say that in just a few days Redlion Chevy has very much turned around our opinion and has certainly saved a customer. We will return and if you are in need of a new car from people that really do want to help please give them a try.

We went to lease a car but wound up buying one! We got a great deal on a 2015 Chevrolet Spark, and the monthly payments are very doable.
