the service waiting room is outstanding!!! cleanliness and up to date, also there were doughnuts and fresh coffe made. my vehicle was given to me on time. my truck was washed, very pleased with the service done.

I went in to have a routine service on my van. They noticed a problem I wasn't even aware I was having with my front brakes. They were able to repair it while I waited. Even better, it was all covered by my warranty! Erick took great care of me. I will definitely come back and will also reccommend this service department to my friends!

I purchased a new Highlander from this dealer. Later I...

I purchased a new Highlander from this dealer. Later I found out that the vehicle had been damaged and repaired prior to receipt and now the paint on the front bumber does not match the rest of the vehicle. Fraudulent practice. I have been to the dealer three times regarding this issue and w was sent on my way without resolution. Beware of the honesty of this dealership.

I have been coming to this dealership for several years now. The service department has a team that is in my opinion second to none. I have worked with Shelia the past several times and she is always very courteous, polite, and professional. The other service managers who work with her are always the same way too. All seem to have that ability to make someone feel very at ease and comfortable while there. The waiting area is also exceptionally clean, and comfortable. They make bringing your car in for service about as pleasant experience as anyone could ask for. Nice going and thanks. Richard

I had a 5pm appointment with with Daniel Thomas and he met with me and was very courteous and introduced me to Bang Bui who would show me a car I would like at a price I would be happy with. Bang was fantastic. I told him this would be my 4th Camry since 1988. We talked and I told him what I wanted in my new car as he asked questions to make sure we were on the same page. He brought a gray Camry out for me to drive and I was happy with it, but when we returned, I saw a Cosmic Gray Camry and knew this would be my new Camry. We negotiated a price that I was satisfied with and I can honestly say I never felt pressured in any way. Bang worked hard to assure that I was happy purchasing my Camry. He even called 2 days later to see how I was doing and did I have any questions. Wow! He reminded me that he was there for me and would continue to help me. Even if it was because I am a visual person, and just needed someone to show me how to set a radio station. I would definitely recommend Ray Brandt and Bang Bui to my friends. Oh, Daniel checked with me before I left with my new Camry to make certain I was happy with my choice and happy with Bang's service. Thank you for my 4th Camry; I am still deciding on a name for my new baby.
