I had a great experience this time at St. Paul Audi.Pre negotiated the deal on line and spoke with Joe Bergeron once.Came into the dealership and test drove the Q5 I wanted and preceded to buy the vehicle.Car was prepped while financial arrangements were made and I drove off with my great Audi q5.Everything was explained to me regarding options on the vehicle and I left a very happy customer.

I had a great experience this time at st. paul audi.the salesman was great and the deal was made quickly.I had texted Joe Bergeron and the deal was essentially made on line .When I went to the dealership I test drove the vehicle I wanted and the car was prepped for me while the financial arrangements were made and paper work signed .I drove off and hour and a half later after Joe explained the car options to me and set my phone to the vehicle blue tooth.

I wish I could buy every car from Jim Palmer. He made is easy, simple and it was just a really nice experience.
