To simply put it, don't buy your car here. This dealership will rip you off and from my experience has terrible customer service. I drove 2 hours to buy a car from them and when I get here they have already sold it to someone else. This is after I have confirmed an appointment with them. So then they sell me a different car that does not meet my needs and ripped me off. This was my first time buying a car and I was unlucky enough to pick this place. This is why car salesmen/women have a terrible reputation. After I expressed my frustrations to them they said they would buy the car, they just sold me for less money... All in all this place is just a joke and full of crooks. Learn from my mistake and do not get anything from here!

Steve was very helpful with the work done on the car, got me a loaner car and kept me updated on the work being done.

We have been coming to this dealership ever since we bought our first new car (ever) in 2014 (CX-5). Our experiences have always been positive with this dealership and service/parts department. Also, we have been recommending them for YEARS.

Sales person (Sergio) was nothing but up front and honest with me from the beginning and never once tried to pressure me into anything I didnt feel comfortable with. Outstanding customer service. It was worth driving from The Dalles, OR. Sales person (Cody K.) a great person to deal with. Cody, never put pressure on us and was willing to find the right vehicle for us. Also Chris from Finance really knows how to talk to people and also is full of knowledge and information on what's best to get in regards further coverage plans. He can really play with numbers $$$...... I know Power Mazda is a couple of hours away from the Dalles, but if someone wants to buy either a new or used car, this will be the place to go.

Sabina went out of her way to make sure we had a deal tempting enough to come down from Portland! Her and Omar did exceptional deal on our trade in. We got a killer deal! They even gave us a deal on the leather protector spray, it couldn't be done on the day we bought it so I had to bring it back down, two hour service time and filled my tank, washed and vacuumed it! Definitely worth going to!
