Power Mazda

I worked with Cody at Power Mazda. Cody seem like a very nice guy. He wasn’t pushy like some car salesman ,which I liked. Cody was up front and straight forward . I do have one issue which is it only had 1 key which is a problem since the keys are very expensive All in all I love my new Rouge!!

Thank you Mike!

My experience with power Mazda was great, there was a few minor problem they fixed willingly. As well as providing me with a rental while my car was being fixed after a couple fixes and no progress with the car it was a loss, so Mike brown was asked to help us find a new vehicle. Thanks to Mike we now have a 09 Mazda 3i that I am in love with, thank you Mike and thank you power Mazda.

Shout Out To Power Mazda!

The entire process, starting with my ordering my Mazda 3 through its delivery and since, was and has been very, very positive. My price was excellent! I have met several of their staff and every one was helpful and friendly. They followed through on my requests for information through the ordering process, keeping me informed. And when it arrived, they accommodated my several delivery day requests. Specially worked with, and big thanks, to Salesperson Roy Watkins and Sales Manager Jeff Crites. Both were smart and capable. Mario in Parts was extra helpful in getting me many extra Mazda accessories since it arrived (with more really good pricing). Highly recommend you give them a call/visit!

Good Car but very poor Salesmen,and poor business procedures

It was my first time buying a car and I went there just browsing around cars. I already had a prequalified offer from Capital One but the sales guy Jared and his sales manager/supervisor Jeff Crites re-ran a hard enquiry with 12 different lenders and ended me up with one of the lenders who they get commission from. Since this was my first time buying a car, I was not aware about the buying process and they ended up giving me 13% interest rate. Thier finance person folds the truth lending disclosure document in such a way were we cant see the interest rate and final price. Sales guy hags so much that they make it seem like a crime to leave without buying a vehicle from them. This is a whole scam, I am an active duty military and thier business practice is the worst I've ever seen. After their hard enquiries, and dropping my credit score to more than 50 points, I was able to refinance with Chase bank on 3.9% after 6 months of on time payment. Please avoid this place at all costs. If you want to buy Mazda, please visit other dealership and avoid this place. Oh yeah the sales guy also promised me to tint my windows which they completely denied coz it was not in a "written" document.

Roy Watkins

I will be the first to say my experience with Power Mazda has been awesome!. Roy Watkins helped me in so many ways and he definitely went out of his way to make it easy & a pleasant experience...never have I been treated with so much respect and helpfulness...he is a very valued salesman. and I will refer people to him and to the Power family....but will also be a return customer with him...again,Thank You Roy!

Extremely seamless from beginning to end.

I worked with Roy Watkins who not only helped me pick out my dream car, but spent a great deal of time answering emails prior to even going to Salem. I was pre-approved prior too, which helped me make the best decision possible for my budget. Friendly, and excellent customer service! I will more than likely continue purchasing from him in the future.

Above and beyond

My husband and I have always had a great experience buying our cars from Roy Watkins at Power Mazda. He goes above and beyond to make our car shopping experience smooth and simple. We have 2 little ones so the faster we can get in and get paper done the better. Roy did a great job during the whole process..keeping in mind our price points, needs for the family and overall vision. I highly recommend him to anyone searching for a vehicle. We love our new CX-5 2016!!

Roy was amazing but horrible service from service

I bought a 2012 dodge a little more than a month ago, Roy the sales guy was amazing, very helpful, but shortly after i bought the car I started having problems with it not starting,, Abe replaced the battery, and i left, it was a little more than a week later, I started having problems again, I contacted Roy, he asked me to bring it in and I did, after setting there for a while, they let me know that they needed to send my car to a dodge dealership, and they had my car for about a week, but did not find anything wrong. i picked it up, and it was doing good for a bout a week, and then started doing the same thing again. I am not asking for anything special, and I understand that some times cars break down, but it has had to be jumped 15 times total, and that is not counting the jump that they gave it on the day i took it for a test drive, but they assured me that it was because someone left a light on... If only I knew then what I know now. Now I don't know what to do. I do have a warranty, but they don't cover a rental car so I hope that Power is happy with themselves selling a hard working person a car and not standing behind it....

Not very pleasant

You can tell there is a lot of tension in the office between the parts guy & the service guys. You would be hard pressed to paint a smile on Peter the parts guy (pretty arrogant). A lot of friction between he and Abe. Not a comfortable visit. I think they need a team meeting. Although they did take care of my recall issue promptly and I appreciated the free car wash.

Best decision

I decided I wanted to purchase a Mazda 6 so I went to Power Mazda in Salem. I was greeted by Steven Klink and he was terrific. He was very knowledgable about the Mazda 6 and made me feel very comfortable about my purchase. I would highly recommend anyone who is considering a vehicle from Power Mazda to ask for Steven Klink. Every step of the purchase was simple and I never felt pressured like I have in the past at other dealerships.
