They are a bunch of arrogant people who think they are smarter than everyone else. Tried to steal money owed to us the aviator is a beautiful car but nothing worked. Recalled on us after 2500 miles and it took three months to complete. Sales depart felt like they didn’t need to wear masks at all and we needed to tell them to put them in in the middle of COVID I will never set foot in this dealership ever again.
