Service team was easy to work with — they were quick, polite and thorough. This five star review only applies to the service department as my experience with my salesperson was awful and deserving of a one or two star review only.

Alex was courteous and helpful. Only reason behind not getting 5 stars is that we agreed to have some minor work done on the vehicle... it took too long to get the parts ordered and get the issue resolved (a couple of lug nuts needed to be put on the vehicle). Alex was responsive and helpful along the way and made sure to follow-up and get things resolved.

Had a very difficult start that was handled very professionally and customer service conscious to a very favorable experience. Although it took some time it was excellent in the end.

Unfortunately after I just bought my 2017 Lincoln MKC my car engine light came on and through diagnose they thought it was a fuel injector which Phil replaced less than one week later same problem they asked if they could keep overnight for testing and to my and their surprise there was a recall for my engine, Total engine replacement which Phil and Cameron did and after working out a few bugs my used 2017 MKC is running like a brand new car. Vincent and Tim in parts hooked me up with brand new set of Pirelli tires and not only does it run nice and quiet, but rides even better.
