The staff was very helpful. We were using the Costco Car Purchase program and they were very familiar with it. What impressed me most was how they operated as a "team" ...so if our sales person did not have the answer someone stepped right in to provide us with the information. Never felt pressured and bottom line is that we got the car, color, package that we wanated.

I already had in mind that I wanted a 2017 Lincoln MKZ. Iwasthisclose to purchasing this same type of vehicle from another company, when an unseen circumstance happened with the vehicle - it was damaged and they had to repair it! I nixed that deal, went over to Bob Rohrman's Schaumburg website - saw the vehicle I wanted...in the exact color (I couldn't find it anywhere else), along with some interior amenities that sealed the deal. And. It was cheaper and I was able to secure a much lower A.P.R., which was a bonus! Within that same day, I was contacted by representatives who provided me with information to get approved quickly and set up a time (the next day) to view the vehicle and get the purchase started. I loved the car! I was planning on being in the dealership for "hours", but I was in and out in under a couple of hours! Standup team they have over at Bob Rohrman's Schaumburg Lincoln, I would highly recommend anyone planning on purchasing a new or certified vehicle to give them a call or stop on in! I'm in MKZ Heaven.

bought a used car. The vehicle had one key, there was a quick agreement that the new key cost would be split and since then, no return email or call from manager. The remote start also does not work and that too will become our problem. the sales person, Tom that we originally met could not be more helpful or professional but the rest of the bunch just want to sell cars fast and be done. Also beware, they thought we needed ETCHING of the VIN? even our insurance agent never heard of this!!

Once in service was very professional and thorough. Made sure I was satisfied with the work performed and knew how long it would take to complete

Great Customer Service! They kept me informed and the wait time was minimal as promised. Everyone involved was courteous and friendly. I will returned to this service dept again.

First time car was in for routine oil change, had it scheduled for home pickup but there was a mixup, I ended up taking it in to dealer instead, very apologetic and when I arrived they got my car in quickly.

When you have to call yourself to get an update on your cars service and get no call back (tried several times) and then have to go to the dealership to get that update twice isn't the definition of good customer service. This is the first bad experience I had thus the 3 star rating as other instances it was fine.
