Dennis was very friendly and knowledgeable about the 2022 Corsair that i purchased . Jerry in the finance department was also very knowledgeable , . I have done business with this dealership for years and have never been disappointed !

Our experience with this dealer was excellent. From our salesman Dakoda to the Sales Manager Mike it was friendly and easy. Very straight forward deal. We will be a returning customer and will recommend them to others. I rate them a 10.

Great place, great service, great people!

Great place, great service, great people! Everyone was super helpful. I was just starting to look around for a car and Anthony Caruso found me the absolute perfect choice! The whole team did their best to meet my budget and gave me a stellar deal on the vehicle. Anthony is very professional, informed and professional and went above and beyond to answer any questions I had, even after I drove away with the car. It's a great feeling to buy a car you really love, but even better when you buy it for a great price and from people you can trust. I couldn't be happier!

This was the single worst service and customer service

This was the single worst service and customer service experience I have ever had in my life. Beginning in December the dealership ordered parts that took 1 month to come in, then I had to wait over a week for a service appointment. After dropping my car off then kept it for nearly a month trying to fix one thing after the other without ever calling to update me on what was going on. I would think for Lincoln who wants to be seen as a luxury brand that the service component would come with it. DO NOT expect luxury service from Bob Rohrman Lincoln. I went so far as to have a conversation with the GM who wouldn’t take my call. I was handed off to multiple service advisors. If I wanted to know what was wrong with my car I had to be the one calling and seeing what was going on. It got so bad that I finally called Lincoln Customer service to step in and have them handle it because the dealership was so bad at following through with what they said they would do. It always get like as the customer I was nothing but a problem to them. I extended multiple olive branches and just wanted to be kept informed as to what was going on with my car from early January to mid February. I wish I had a better story but will ultimately be looking for another Lincoln dealership even if it’s further away simply for a better customer service experience. If the price is good but it there but DO NOT get it serviced there. You will be upset and disappointed, guaranteed.
