I believe they participate in the bait and switch...
I believe they participate in the bait and switch philosophy of selling vehicles. They get you in there because you're interested in one vehicle then they'll tell you something's wrong with that and switch you over to another vehicle at a much higher price. Nine days after purchasing a vehicle from them I had an issue with my check engine light... Nine days! When I contacted them they're a response to me was "well that happens". They did absolutely nothing to help with that situation. Come to find out the warranty that I had purchased or that actually had come with the vehicle was questionable. During the selling process or buying process I was steered away from the insurance company I wanted to use into one that they apparently have a deal with as admitted by the salesperson. He receives $100 for every person who purchases an auto insurance policy from a certain company. So I did it just so I could get off the lot. After checking things out I was able to come across the insurance company that I originally wanted to go to that would quadruple my coverage yet my premium would go down by $50 every single month. I would absolutely never purchase another vehicle from these people. I would absolutely never recommend anybody doing any kind of business with these people. Skirting the edges of unethical is an understatement. Steer clear of them.

See, once again...you're claiming NOW that this vehicle was an "as is" vehicle. That's simply not true. I HAVE a warranty that came with the vehicle..a warranty FOR LIFE . From my understanding, "as/is" vehicles don't come with a warranty let alone a warranty for the life of the car. So now it seems you are trying to lay all of the responsibility on the customer. Shameful. As I mentioned, I believe that a good company would've said, "ya know what, we'll take care of the deductible this time since the car that you bought from us JUST 9 DAYS AGO already needed repairs" but you didn't and here we are.

Great experience!! Billy a d Jason were great to work with and fast.My o my complaint t would be the lack of attention to detailing the car.Billy asked me if it looked ok and I did say it was Ok .I am a little fussy but I would impress on the guys to get in the crevices by the seats and make sure to wipe fingerprints ts off doors inside.I found d cho plate in the crevice of the front passenger's seat.But all in all a good experience.And they were trying to hurry so I could take the car which was very nice of them.Thank you for the beautiful Jeep Compass!!
