Bait and switch technique. I found a couple of fairly reasonably priced used cars on their Ames website. When I came in to look at them, I was told that they were "at another location," but that I could make an appointment and they would bring them to Ames. The alternatives on the Ames lot were much higher priced.

Never buy a car here. Sales and service are great they just sell horrible cars. When your car stops working 6 months after purchasing new it’ll be in and out of service constantly. When I decided I didn’t want an unreliable xxx anymore they didn’t buy it back. This dealership has only put me in more debt.

This car dealership, especially the female owner and sales manager, are not honest people. The female owner wasn't honest right to my face and now the service manager has let me know I'm upside down on my car they just sold me. The female owner sold me a car they knew the price had dropped by $9k. The service manager told me to my face he didn't believe my monthly payment and when I sent proof, he didn't respond at all. It's so bad, I am hiring an attorney . THINK TWICE when purchasing from this very dishonest dealership, they'll overcharge you. I would question what comes out of the mouths of the female owner or sales manage.
